„We stayed here on our trip to visit our son and daughter-in-law in the area. From the moment we booked through our check out, John was a very communicative and hospitable host. We really enjoyed the property as it reminded us of home and was a quiet haven to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The home was very well equipped, and the eggs and honey from on site were a welcome surprise. We will definitely return when in the area.“

„We really appreciated the bunk beds and options for sleeping. The pool and hot tub area are amazing. It might be nice to note that with only 2 bathrooms, larger groups have to flex a bit.. and it needs noting that there is a huge power station right behind the fence.. major eye sore. Otherwise, the owners were very attentive and helpful. “

„Loved the house. There are a few repairs needed. Some of the doors stick because the house is settling. And the towel holders in the last bedroom are about to fall off of the wall. Finally, this is a very large house. Does it only have one temp zone? Besides that it was a great stay for our family of 11, and we will definitely consider staying again.“

„Overall, everything was great, however, the great room tv was in Spanish and there were no instructions or way to change it. Additionally, when we stepped outside the house, sitting in the driveway, there was a blocker preventing us from using our navigation system until we reached the Exxon station on the corner. (Note: The shower door in the master bathroom needs repair. It won't stay closed when taking a shower and there is a loose tile on the inside at the shower entrance.) “

„We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. „The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, but the house could have been a lot cleaner. The beds were clean and comfortable, but the walls and floors were dirty. The walls in the master bedroom had many many stains and dirty spots. Also the outlets in the bathrooms did not work to plug in a dryer or curling iron we tried several times with several different styling tools. “
