The hosts were very welcoming and the fresh fruit from their garden was an exceptional treat. I loved the dogs, cats, and farmlife all around. A truly unique stay. „Beautiful luxury stay with amazing amenities and views. King size beds in both masters were so comfortable with great pillows too! Best sleep in years! Kitchen equipped with everything you would ever need “

„Grosse alte Wohnung. Weil es am abend kuhl war, war es kalt in der Wohnung. Leider darf den Kamin nicht benutzt werden. Die Küche war sehr alt und nicht alle Geschirr war sauber.“

„The studio is exactly what we were hoping for. We had wonderful views every day and the hosts were extremely nice and helpful. One little remark: the kitchen is rather small (which we knew in advance). So it was nice being able to cook at least some pasta, but if you are planning on cooking extensively then this might be the wrong place. „Vermieterin kontaktierte uns erst am Anreisetag bezüglich Checkin-Vorgehen: Wir standen vor dem Objekt und niemand war da. Das SMS ist nicht angekommen. Wir mussten die Vermieterin kontaktieren, aber sie konnte uns überhaupt nicht gut erklären, wo ihr Haus steht. Anyway am Schluss alles gut.“

„We have been going to BI every year for 12 + years, we stay in the same complex Waikoloa Villas but in different condos depending on who's going. This complex is great for 30min from everything..Kona/ Waimea for shopping close to great beaches and the excursion in the area are great. Golf is outside your front door It's a little quieter not a lot of night life if that what your looking for. Have a great time where ever you stay.. “

Loft space in nice and bathrooms recently renovated and new washer dryer but carpet worn out and stained, deck light and ceiling fan in main room not working dishwasher leaked, hot water tank exposed kitchen counter top broken.etc. “

We were graciously reimbursed for the day we could not stay there. The 3k security deposit was required very early and held for the maximum 14 days after checkout, which I found annoying. The resident host is just lovely and did all she could to accommodate Mother Nature's wrath.“

„This is a real find. The lanai opens up on a tranquil view of the mountains and the air is filled with birdsongs. During my stay, I sat on the lanai for hours and never heard a human voice. The condo was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. When I arrived I could not find an umbrella or chair and when I communicated with the management they answered immediately. Very very nice spot. “

„My husband and I stayed with our 3 adult kids. We had a wonderful stay! A tremendous assortment of bedrooms from which to choose, so we all could spread out. The views were amazing! Only word of caution is know there are wild pigs in the area. The pool, water slide, and hot tub were wonderful. The singing frogs at night were amazing.
