„I really like this inn, very clean and quiet “

„Quiet area with convenient access to downtown Charlottesville and surrounding areas. Excellent location for those travelling with a dog (clean pet area in back of hotel and walking areas in adjacent UVA campus). Disappointed that the gym was not available. Also, some staff was friendly, but others weren't as pleasant as I would expect of those in the hospitality industry. „We had a lovely stay except for the random fire alarm that went off at 4am! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff.“

„The only things we didn’t like were two staff members were rude, one to my adult daughter and the other to my husband. Everyone else was great.“

„We loved the retro look of the room and the hotel. As other reviewers noted, the hotel is close to sorority and fraternity houses, so there's a lot of party-related noise and activity. Also, the only free parking is on the street, so it can be hard to find a spot. We definitely will stay again because we loved the hotel and its proximity to UVA Grounds and restaurants.“
