I did like the check in & airport transfer and check out. That was all very professional. The room very clean. The bar staff where I had a cup of coffee was great. I liked the people, they were friendly and nice. The price was very good.
However, there were no towels in my room and after repeatedly calling the front desk I finally went in search of towels for my room myself. The front desk never resolved the issue. The same when I booked a massage. They never told me it had been rescheduled until I called because they were 1/2 hour late arriving. Then they rescheduled and again they were a half hour late. I wasted all evening waiting on them to respond with answers. Bad on my part that I did not just cancel. Bad customer service on their part. A little communication would have gone a long way. At lunch the first three things I ordered they were out of. In all three cases it took them 15 minutes to come back and tell me they were out of the item. So it took me almost and hour too order lunch. I really want to like this facility. They need a lot of work though.
