„Gefallen hat uns,das es eine wunderschöne Anlage war. Gefallen hat uns nicht dass wir Frühstück gebucht haben nach ewigen hinundher,endlich nach 2tagen der Ankunft das Frühstück auf unserem Zimmer einnehmen konnten.wir hatten auch das gefühl dass man uns nicht wirklich verstehen wollte.“

„Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment.“

„We had an enjoyable stay. The house was very large and private and generally in a quiet area apart from a few dogs which seem fairly common in most of Egypt. Owner-Really kind, helpful and great communication.
