„We had a great time site seeing, shopping and walking the beach. I really liked sitting on the balcony and seeing the ships come through. There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year.“

„The property was gated and steps from a private beach. The room was fine. Property was dark in the parking lot at night. The pool was dirty/had mold all around broken tiles and down the sides. I couldn’t stand or sit near the edges because it was everywhere. “

„We all really loved staying in this loft. The beds were comfortable and it's amazingly quiet given the busy location on River Street. The host was very, very quick to respond to a question that I had. It was great being able to walk to most of the things we wanted to see and do, and the places we wanted to eat (recommend Chart House and the Little Duck Diner). We had no problem finding parking and it's free after 8 and on Sundays. People and ship watching from either the balcony or the river ...

„This is our second time as a family of 6 staying at this property. It is easy to get to and in a great location just a boardwalk away from the lovely beach. The condo is well maintained and clean with tasteful decor. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and suited our needs. I was super impressed and surprised at having a sharp knife in the kitchen which is unheard of in a rental property!! We enjoyed cooking on the Community grills that are right out front. „The location was great. We walked almost everywhere with a few bus rides and Ubers mixed in. It’s an old building, it’s in the historic district after all. It’s been updated and nice for what you pay for it. The only downside is the wood floors are noisy. We were on hhe first floor and the person above us was walking around at all hours of the day and night. Nothing breaking the rental agreement, maybe bathroom trips, coming in late or going out early but lots of walking around. It woke us at ...
