„Good location and gorgeous building. Amenities in the unit can be upgraded. The furniture in the unit is cheap and not comfortable (sofa, bed, balcony furniture etc.). Bathroom ameniities were quite basic as well. We were asked to pay a security deposit with no communication as to when we will receive the credit back. „Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung auf der Website. Di Einrichtung ist gehobener Standard und es ist alles verfügbar was man im Urlaub so braucht. Die Sicht vom Balkon ist beeindruckend und die Lage sehr zentral. Anbindung zur Metro ist sehr gut, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. In der Umgebung zur Wohnung gibt es viele Supermärkte. Wir würden die Wohnung sicher wieder wählen, wenn es uns wieder nach Dubai führt.“
