„Beautiful property“

„We stayed 4 nights. Missed housekeeping service first morning. There was no shower curtain and needed to ask for one, attended to right away. Second morning, left a tip for them. They took the tip, replaced towels. The beds were just thrown together, no vacuuming, garbage was left on floor, no replacement cups or coffee, ice bucket not emptied!! Continental breakfast was very sparse and coffee was not available when they opened the last day.. The proximity to Colonial Williamsburg was wonderful ...

„Visiting family in Williamsburg and stayed here. The Large Cabin was perfect and it’s in a location with woods behind it, so it has a true camping feeling. My kids came to visit and we had a fire, toasted marshmallows and perfect for my bulldog to be at, too. “

„Not only was Jill incredibly helpful and responsive, the house and surrounding area was beautiful. I stayed with my family - two adults and three kids - and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and a blender and snowcone maker really made it fun. Highly recommend!“

„This property is in a great location for beach access and provided exactly what I needed for a holiday link up with my adult children. The homeowners were exceptional in their customer service, providing an introduction and being prompt and courteous to any questions. As a first time renter, this was appreciated.“

„The manager made a mistake. He owned it and gave us a better place. The parking could have been better. It served our purposes well. It was quiet and private. My husband fished every morning. Our first choice would not have been as nice.“

„Our stay was okay. The house was in an excellent location to the beach, however very difficult to find from the road. The house was a great size & the beds were so comfortable. I rate this with a 3 because I felt like there were several things that desperately need updated. The faucets in the bathroom were heavily rusted and leaking. „The grounds of property are beautifully maintained and larger than expected. There was plenty of outdoor activities for the kids. We did not use the indoor pool, but did peak inside and it would have been perfect for a swim or pool party. We had breakfast at the Grill and the food was good with generous portions. „The view from the main bedroom upstairs is phenomenal. We saw dolphins jumping in the waves from the bed. It really is stunning. The location is also very convenient. We could walk right to the beach and we also walked to a nearby playground for the Saturday Farmer's Market. We talked to one of the neighbors while we were out walking and they were very friendly. "The Hotel itself is nice. The street in front was terribly loud. Also the rooms themselves seem not to be as soundproofed as necessary. As soon as there were other people on the hallway it feels like they have a conversation right next to you."

Grand appart, parfait avec des enfants.

"Nous étions avec une ado, donc l'appartement d'environ 100m2, les 2 chambres, les 2 salles de bain et l’espace commun étaient idéales. L’appartement est très bien équipé (gros plus avec machine à laver et sèche-linge dans l’appart et micro-ondes, four, toaster …). Les lits sont confortables. Il y a une terrasse qu’on n’a pas utilisé car dès le matin, il faisait trop chaud. On n’a pas utilisé la piscine ni les espaces communs mais il y avait un programme d’activités qu’on n’a pas eu le temps de faire. Le site est joli, propre, vert, calme. L’appartement est plus fonctionnel que joli. Pour le ménage, vous devez payer un supplément. L’accueil est correct mais pas chaleureux. Pas terrible non plus au niveau des infos touristiques locales. Mieux vaut vous renseigner vous-même. Si vous allez au Colonial Williamsburg, achetez les tickets en ligne, c’est 30% moins cher. Vous pouvez aussi visiter la ville sans billet mais vous ne pouvez pas rentrer dans les maisons. A 1 heure vous avez la plage de Virginia Beach. Faites absolument une sortie pour voir les dauphins. Prenez vos tickets à l’aquarium avec le bateau rapide. Sensations garanties. Prenez la dernière sortie (vers 16.00), il y a moins de monde. C’est légèrement plus cher ça vaut son argent. Il y a pas mal de restaurants dans Williamsburg et c’est magnifique. On recommende !"
