I recently stayed at your hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and I would like to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my experience.
Firstly, I noticed that the housekeeping staff only changed the towels and emptied the rubbish bin during cleaning but did not fold the bed sheets. While I completely understand that it is standard practice in most hotels not to change bed sheets daily, it is also common for hotel staff to at least tidy and fold the bed sheets each day. This lack of attention to detail made the room feel untidy and below the standard I have experienced in other hotels.
Secondly, I encountered bugs in the room and bathroom during my stay. For two consecutive nights, I noticed small insects resembling spiders. This was both unsettling and unhygienic, making it difficult for me to feel comfortable during my stay.
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was disappointing due to the limited variety of food available. While the price of the buffet was reasonable and comparable to other hotels, the selection of food was insufficient and did not meet expectations.
Overall, my experience at your hotel was disappointing, and I did not enjoy my stay. Based on these issues, I would not recommend this hotel to others. I hope you can address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
