Sie werden in einer freundlichen Umgebung und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß die Straße hinunter zum Windansea Strand in La Jolla befinden. Unsere Adresse, La Jolla Rushville st. 92037. Es ist ideal zum Schwimmen, Surfen und Angeln oder einfach nur den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Die 3-Zimmer verfügt derzeit über sehr bequeme Betten, Ventilatoren und 2 HD-Fernseher mit Direct TV.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Grill und eine Auswahl außerhalb des Essens.
Unsere Straße ist sehr ruhig. Osten ist der Tennisplatz befindet sich auf den Pool auf Fay Avenue kostenlos und der nächste Block Beide gehören zu La Jolla High School. Auf Draper Ave, 5 Blocks North La Jolla Library and Recreation Center. South- Radweg.
Wir Fans tun haben, aber keine A / C, weil wir leben 3 Blocks entfernt vom Strand und einem weißen Dach, so dass es bleibt kühl.

Einkaufszentren und Restaurants - Prospect Street.

Location Stay
Overall comfort and location of the home was good. Please be careful of the deck in the back yard. Wood is old and we had several individuals fall through the deck when sitting on chairs, falling through and hurting themselves. Also, had nails that were protruding that cut the bottom of our 13-year-old foot.

Great experience
Awesome property, great neighborhood, host was communicative and very kind. We had a mess (kids) happen after check out on the way to the airport, and they were kind enough to let us come back and clean up after checkout before getting on the plane even though they had already started cleaning. Much appreciated. Details: -Backyard was great for kids: shade, ping pong, putting green, basketball hoop -Garage had some beach toys, chairs, towels -Street is quiet and one way -Kitchen was stocked with the essentials (coffee maker, pots and pans, etc) -Everything worked (TV, shower, bath, fans, appliances, etc) -Could have used a couple more towels (and more toilet paper) but there was a washer/dryer -Very religious decor (wasn't a problem, just mention because it's not obvious from the photos) -10 minute walk to the beach, not the easiest beach for kids, probably best to drive somewhere less rocky Overall such a great stay and a great host. Would recommend to families or anyone else!

The property was as advertised. The house was clean.3 bedrooms perfect for our family of 6. Maritza the host was gracious. The ping- pong table and basketball court were a big hit with my Grandkids. My wife and I went to visit our 2 kids who are university students in San Diego
The house is clean and comfortable with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. There is a small putting green and ping pong table outside which made for good entertainment.

La Jolla Getaway
It was a nice house with wonderful amenities like a putt putt, bball hoop, and ping pong. One issue was that I was unaware that it was a personal space with family photos and religious paraphernalia. This was not problematic but the fact that the first night when we wanted to use the barbecue there was no propane and we were asked to fill it. Another issue was that the remote for the television had dead batteries in it. Needless to say it would have been nice to go and enjoy instead of be asked to fill a propane tank. Future advice would be that they check the gas and the batteries so that their guests are not having to do anything other then enjoy their vacation. It is so close to the village and the beach that in the end none of these issues mattered because it was just so perfectly situated and peaceful.

Family vacation in La Jolla
The house was comfortable. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Backyard was fun for my 14 month old grandson. He was fascinated by all the balls and especially the ping pong balls. We walked to the beach and to restaurants. Conveniently located. I enjoyed reading the newspaper that was delivered daily. Used the washer & dryer and was thrilled that there was a clothes line on the side of the house & clothes pins to hang some clothes.

Memorial weekend wedding and kayaking stay.
Stayed over Memorial weekend with adult friends. Had plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and couches. Really enjoyed the ping pong table and outdoor patio. The long dining table seated everyone for meals. Just cooked breakfast so did not use grill. We had wedding at Scripps in La Jolla and was only 10 minutes away. Close for us to go kayaking Mission Bay multiple times. Parking a little cramped with bigger trucks. More towels would have been nice but one each was do able. Would come back!!

Perfect location for a family vacation
This house was clean and good size for my family of 6. It’s location was perfect for daily runs alongside the beach, family walks on the beach and rocks, and nearby the Children’s Cove where we saw seals and sea lions. It’s a short drive to the zoo, zoo safari, SeaWorld, and USS Midway aircraft. I definitely recommend this house for any family vacation.

Great San Diego Crashpad
Had a great stay with our family of 5 including two adults and three kids ranging from 14 - 5. La Jolla was a great central place with quick access to everything. The house itself was perfect and we enjoyed lounging in the living room at night eating popcorn and watching movies on cable (the DVD collection is limited if you have small children) after being out and about to enjoy what San Diego and the surrounding area has to offer. We would definitely stay again!

Cute home!
My husband and two daughters stayed here over the holiday break. The house was clean and had some fun outdoor activities (ping pong and basketball). Based on the photos and description, I was hopeful there were toys for my girls as we didn't pack many toys for them for the week, but that's not a big deal. Aside from that, the property is in a great location near the beach, restaurants and coffee shops.

The neighborhood is part of La Jolla Village and is a wonderful walking neighborhood to shops and restaurants. We communicated by text with the owner. She was very responsive. But she did not initiate communication on how to check-in, and other specifics of staying the home like whether or not there was a garage door opener, whether or not there was a key for the gate that leads to the outdoor shower, how to light the grill and use the grill, and where to find beach items in the garage (what was for guest use and what was not for guests). A welcome letter with these kinds of details would have been helpful. We ended up buying a multi-purpose kitchen cleaning spray to keep the kitchen clean, paper towels and napkins and were close to buying toilet paper, too. We didn't mind at all, it just would have been good to know ahead of time that we needed to provide these things--or where to find these items if they were provided for guests. The home is modest which is what we were looking for in our accommodations. Very good to be in a neighborhood and away from tourist crowds. There is a farmer's market on Sundays which we really enjoyed.
