Welcome to this remodeled condo about a 2-minute walk from Windansea Beach - one of the most coveted beaches in La Jolla - with rocky cliffs, sandy beaches, great surfing, and beautiful ocean vistas. Here you can easily enjoy the ever-changing colors of the western sunsets as the sun sinks into the shimmering Pacific.



Enter the entrance hallway of this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 1124 sq. ft. 2-story condo to find a half-bath to the left. To the right is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and amenities, including a center island with 2 high-top chairs.



The kitchen is accompanied by a living room with comfortable furniture from which to enjoy the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table for 4. Slider access from this great room takes you to a small patio where you can enjoy the ocean breezes.



Back at the entrance, to the left, is a 16-step staircase that leads to the 2nd floor. There is a closet at the top of the stairs with a stacked washer and dryer for your use. The right hallway reveals a modern bath with a large walk-in shower. The next right takes you to the guest bedroom with 2 two twin beds and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable at all times.



The comfortable queen master bedroom suite is to the left of the staircase. It has a small balcony with peek ocean views on a clear day, a ceiling fan for comfort, and an en-suite bath with a shower tub combination. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.



There is also a 9-step spiral staircase to the right of the entry that takes you down to a 2-car garage for your use. Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, and a washer and dryer as mentioned.



Come enjoy the elegant simplicity of this home and its ideal location. It is almost a guarantee that you will create precious memories of your vacation interlude here that will last you a lifetime.



THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME!



It is an easy home to enjoy - with all the amenities you need to truly relax, recharge, and reconnect - with yourself and others.



It is just a short 2-minute walk to Windansea Beach for walking, surfing and swimming and just “lazing” around at the beach.



There are peek ocean views from the 2nd floor master bedroom.



This is an ideal location if you wish to enjoy the beach every day, and also be near the many restaurants and shops in La Jolla Village proper or in the fun Birdrock neighborhood of La Jolla.

This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.



The garage height does not accommodate standard SUVs.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds.



This home has 2 sets of stairs - 9 steps up from the garage to the main floor and 16 steps up to the 2nd floor - so it may not be suitable for everyone.



This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Convenient, beautiful Sunsets

Overall stay was good and suited our needs. It was pretty clean and beds were comfy, which is a plus. The sunsets were beautiful at the rocky cliffs. Street parking was easy for our SUV (which didn’t fit under the garage). We were a little bummed to have to drive to a sandy beach but that’s our own fault for not having researched the beach options better. There were a few minor annoyances - The place could have been stocked a little better with kitchen supplies- particularly knives for chopping. We were asked to start a load of towels and the dishwasher for checkout but no detergent was provided for either one and there was no dish washing sponge either. But besides those minor annoyances, we were pleased with our stay.

Very Dirty

Great location, but the condo was filthy and the local manager was unresponsive and unhelpful. After messaging and calling for days, the Vacasa corporate office refunded the cleaning fee, but they were not willing to have the property cleaned, move us, or refund the stay if we decided to move to a hotel. I’ve had a good experience with Vacasa in the past but was incredibly disappointed with the property and the way my complaint was handled. Even given the beautiful location, I would not stay there again and would not recommend the property.

Property lose to beach a plus. Needs a good cleaning, wear socks or sandals or feet turn black. No way of teaching owners only the management group . You get a garage which is a plus but good luck seeing units 1 and 2 disregard the no parking anywhere except in garage and you can’t do anything about it. They block you in and takes 2 people and 15-20 mi utes to try and get out. Place is big and nice

Ok property , mediocre customer service !

The place was ok , close proximity to the beach On the other hand we were told earlier in the checkin process that there is some work being done on the garage and that we might have to park on the street ,, when we got there the work and painting was done on the whole building !!, couldn’t open the widows or doors to enjoy the sea view , comprised privacy since the worker were there and around the building all week , noisy at times ..I have emailed and contacted twice the management , no response back … I wouldn’t recommend this property ! Very misleading !!!

Perfect location

We were 3 friends staying for a week. It was perfectly located in LaJolla, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Excellent cafe near by. At the check in, we didnt have the right doorlock code but the problem was quickly resolved. There were many tiny ants everywhere. Hopefully it will Be solved fast by the owner. LaJolla is a wonderfull place to stay!

Great location but unit needs work

The location of this unit delivered as promised; great location walking distance to a scenic shoreline and quiet. However, the unto itself is in a fairly run down building and has not been properly maintained. Visible pet hair all over upon arrival, pet urine stains on the bottom of all room curtains, visible water damage on first floor ceilings, stained carpet. When texting with property management you receive canned responses for the most part. Batteries were dead in TV remote and I asked for replacements. Never addressed. Missing common amenities like Kleenex, clocks in bedrooms, etc. I was dissatisfied overall and will certainly look for a pet free rental and one managed by the owner itself as the level of service and condition of property tends to be higher overall. LaJolla is beautiful but skip this rental in particular.

Comfortable modern accommodations

Jan 2023 Super clean on arrival. Modern updated interior. Exterior appears older but not an issue. Two bedrooms and two baths upstairs allows separation from downstairs activities. Comfortable beds. One half bath down. Well equipped kitchen. Some noise apparent from other condos but never an issue. Bath and furnace fans typical loud but not bothersome. Small balcony. Fireplace (gas?) but no info provided on whether to use it or how to. Had emailed requesting to arrive days earlier but did not receive reply so had to call and was able to quickly extend. Great location for very short walk to beach and town. Easily used on street parking. Pleasant stay.

Steps Away From the Beach

Safety issues

Generally, this place was very nice and we enjoyed the cleanliness, new renovation, and location right near the beach. Our issues all relate to safety and poor response from property management. We called the property management twice during our 3-night stay and we never received a call back or anything to remedy the issues. We reported the following problems: 1. The sliding door off the family room doesn’t close fully, so it doesn’t lock. 2. There were no smoke alarms in the bedrooms. There was one in the hallway, but that does not comply with CA code. 3. The CO detector was not functioning. 4. The A/C doesn’t work. It was not that hot when we were there (hi 60’s/lo 70’s), but the upstairs never got below 75 degrees. The fan would run, but never did enough air push out to cool down the bedrooms. Again, it’s a nice place but for the money we would expect some of these basics to be taken care of, and certainly would have appreciated at least getting a call back from property management.
