„The charming cottage was a lovely getaway. There were five of us, three in the king and two in the queen (the pull out wasn’t serviceable). We got snow on Christmas Day! This was heightened by the two fireplaces and complementary firewood, a real treat! The hosts are very hands on and communicative, so communicate up front if privacy is desired. Overall a wonderful time, we’d stay again with fewer people. “

„We arrived at the property and it had not been turned over yet. Contacted the property manager and they got the cleaning crew out quickly and did a quick turn over on the condo. The condo is ok with a very nice balcony and furniture setup we enjoyed during our stay. The inside could use a bit of updating and some minor repairs, but it was good overall. The location worked well for getting around Santa Fe and the surrounding areas. We visited many national parks and areas in northern New Mexico ...

„Everything about the property was excellent and exactly as described. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The hosts were friendly and gave recommendations on the area. The house is in a great location just 5-10 minutes from download, yet quiet and peaceful. „Spent Christmas & New Years here and celebrated our anniversary with great friends. The house is fantastic! The sunsets were incredible. The house was very well equipped. Everything was great. David was an excellent host. He always responded in a timely manner. This house was a real find! I would highly recommend staying her. Sunsets from the hot tub were an amazing!“

„We loved this place, there are some things that need updating, the beds weren’t the most comfortable and we found random sections not cleaned like wrappers in closets. Nothing deal breaking. The bed in the master suite is so loud, if you move a little bit it’ll wake probably wake you up. The wifi is pretty slow and there is no air but it does have a swamp cooler. Overall it’s beautiful, and lovely and quite big but probably would not stay again without knowing some things have been updated. “

„Loved the views out the large livingroom sliding doors. Very comfortable, clean and cozy house overall. Perfect space and amenities for 6 people. The lights outside the unit don’t come on and it’s pitch black up the walkway and to the door. Dangerous if ice is on the sidewalk you can’t see it. Host said some problem with the hoa. „The adobe was redone to create an inviting, comfortable getaway between Santa Fe and Taos. The furnishings seemed to have been picked to create a cosy, relaxing home that has everything you need to step away from daily life. It’s quiet, with stargazing opportunities, and rambles around the rural, artsy neighborhood. The host makes a great neighbor..friendly but not intrusive. We’d go back in a second! “
