Private, cozy, home 20 MIN from Zion National Park, Sandy Hollow and Quail Creek State Parks w/beautiful red rock ledges views! Enjoy your time with family and friends in a QUIET neighborhood w/coffee house & grocery store in walking distance. Step out to a great patio to enjoy your cup 'o Joe (made in the coffee maker provided with FREE coffee!) or use the BBQ to grill and enjoy your meal outside on the patio furniture. Comfy beds and clean linens and we have a thing about pillows so we provide a LOT of them! The third bedroom is off the kitchen and is a great place for the kids to hang out and watch movies. It was an add-on to the home off of the kitchen and has a Smart TV and a fireplace that is used to heat this room and a separate AC unit. It has a bunk bed and queen-sized pull-out couch with a memory foam mattress.

There is enough seating for 10 people to sit down and eat together between a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining table that seats 6. We have 3 large TVs between the living room, master bedroom and third bedroom. We do not have cable as guests usually have their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. account. We have NO STAIRS to climb as the house is all on one level. Both showers have grab bars to help with mobility issues. There is plenty of street parking if you have more than one car. You can park in the garage and in the driveway as well as all along the roads at the front of the house and along the sides.

Best location to stay for our Zion trip. Off the busy routes. Home was updated, had everything we needed, and the extra space off the kitchen where the bunk beds are was great for kids. Backyard private and space was clean. Loved having washer/dryer. Best find was the walking sticks in garage for our Narrows hike. Clean empty Garage also awesome for parking car, safety and keeping cool in the heat. Would recommend

Perfect!!!
I absolutely loved this place!! Beautiful setting!! Beautiful house. Everything clean. Bed comfy!! The selling point to me was their yard. A comfy table to read a book and drink coffee in the morning!! And we sat by their fire pit at night!! So peaceful!! Such a beautiful drive to Zion. Bryce was a bit of a drive but not bad. And sooo beautiful!! Worth it!! This house is a place I would definitely come back to!!

Solid stay!
Overall very happy with the stay. We had a group of 7 and I would say there are 3 beds that are comfy but the rest of the beds are definitely less comfortable. But we made do and still very happy with our stay. Coffee shop right next door was a highlight!!

Amazing get-a-way
I took my mom for a quick weekend getaway to this beautiful location. This home is close to Zions national park and many trails and beautiful nature walks. I plan on going back and this time taking my kids and grandkids to enjoy the beautiful scenery, and a very peaceful and safe location. This home was perfect. Great Family Getaway
We met up with some family for a trip to Zion National Park and used this Vrbo. It was a great location and had plenty of space for our whole family. The rooms were clean and the layout was nice for a large group. We made all of our own meals using the kitchen and would only suggest getting sharper kitchen knives and a larger colander. Thanks for a great place to relax after hiking in Zion's all day!

Great space for families!
We have stayed here several times now! Always clean and always easy to work with! It's great being so close to Zions and St George! This is one of our "go to" rentals and I highly recommend it! I love the yard and there is plenty of beds and space for bigger families. Any issues that we have had have been minor and resolved super quick! They also have accommodated last minute rentals and one night rentals when needed. Such a great rental!

Great place for a family
We had a great stay at this cute little VRBO. La Verkin is perfect for accessing the main Zion canyon, Kolob Plateau, Gooseberry Mesa, etc. The kids were happy in the bunk room, both other bedrooms were comfortable, and we appreciated having the garage to store our bikes and gear. We had one minor plumbing issue which the management company took care of immediately despite it being a holiday weekend! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location for Zion
Perfect house for our large family- my husband and I and our 4 young kids as well as my mom and adukt brother all enjoyed this cozy house while on a trip to visit Zion NP. We were so close to the main road that takes us into Zion. There were plenty of beds and extra bedding for everyone including a pack n play. Kitchen was stocked well with cookware, dishes, ect. There were no condiments but there was salt, pepper and garlic salt. (Just helpful to know, not a negative thing) The backyard has a table & chairs as well as a couple hammocks and a swing that the kids enjoyed. There isnt a ton of room to run around but was still nice to have a backyard for the kids.

Nope, Not Impressed
First, I will say the property was in a residential neighborhood and was very quiet. Absolutely no street or neighbor noises at all - a pleasant surprise. Other than that we were very disappointed in the listing, starting with a filthy screen front door, no garage opener, no yard/deck space to enjoy the evenings (all were ripped up and underconstruction apparently with lines dug for sprinklers, etc. The "third" bedroom is a former porch accessed through the kitchen with one of the kitchen windows looking into the "bedroom". Overall, the cleanliness of the interior was poor and there were no sink stoppers in the bathroom, making it risky to take out contacts, remove jewelry, etc. When we arrived there wasn't a garage door opener as stated on the check-in information. We contacted the host via text who replied promptly and informed us the cleaner left in the upper cupboard above a small sink in the kitchen area. Those cupboards were chock full of junk but no opener. The host did offer to have one 'delivered' but we were only staying 2 nights we let them know it was up to them. The garage was really filthy and piled with junk, and some of it had to be shoved over to allow parking our one car. The second day there was the yard construction crew parked in the driveway working on the back area. They did offer to leave when asked how long they were going to be there and we let them know we would like them to leave. The house needs major TLC to be up to VRBO standards.
