The property owner was very good about providing directions. The rental was far larger than expected; so much space we could have had several more people in our group. „We loved everything about this home and the surrounding property. As others have mentioned - it's a good 30 minutes to any neighboring towns, so we made sure plan our meals ahead and brought groceries with us. The house is lovely, spacious and was perfect for our 3 generations and two dogs. It was exactly as described and we enjoyed seeing the deer cross the lawn, beautiful sunrises across the basin and the comfortable indoor/outdoor seating options! We hope to be back again some time!“

„The cabin was as pictured; nice furniture, a well equipped kitchen and 2 nice bedrooms. The main attraction though, was the Escanaba River flowing just steps from the cabin. The expansive deck was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed watching birds and seeing deer along the gravel road nearby. “

„The Mill House was exactly what our family needed! It was cozy and felt like our little home away from home. Great location! The house was clean, well taken care of, and just the right size for us.
