Find peace and reunite with nature

Located at the top of a 2 km private road, constantly cleared and maintained from Scott Road, the house sits at the highest point of the property and offers the best view in the area, with a direct and unobstructed view of the Sutton Mountains, 12 km away on bird's eyes view. Only 15 minutes by car from the parking lot of Bromont's Lake side slopes in one direction, and the 15 minutes away in the other direction from the main parking lot of Sutton, this is an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts.

Designed by architect George F. Eber in 1969 (a renowned architect from Expo 67), the house features spacious volumes and is exceptionally well-designed. The insulation and all the windows are new, providing a completely airtight shell, ideal for retaining winter warmth and maintaining a comfortable temperature in the summer. With 5 bedrooms upstairs, 3 bathrooms on the same floor, and two large living rooms, it is a perfect place for a wonderful family vacation with comfort and tranquility. You will be charmed by the property.

Cyclists and skiers will have access to a shed (locked with a padlock) and a workbench, also locked, for storing or maintaining your equipment. The rear balcony features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, an electric awning, and the best view in the Eastern Townships.

Ahhhhhh.....peace.
This house and property was the perfect home away from home for our family of 6 adults and 1 infant. Very comfortable and private, full of natural light and stunning open views from each room. We could gather together easily, or have a bit space to ourselves if wanted. Felix was easy to connect with and we enjoyed meeting him too! The house is well stocked with cooking needs and even some common personal items that one might have forgotten to pack! Very comfortable and tastful & fun interior design. This is the place we will stay for our next Quebec visit - hands down! We stayed Wednesday through Monday, and travelled to Montreal, Sutton, Saint-sur-Richelieu, Point-Claire... loved exploring, loved coming back to 35 Chemin Scott!

This country property was a lovely and well equipped home. Check-in was easy and Felix responded quickly to questions. My family and I were very comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. The advertisement for this property needs a small adjustment in that King size beds are advertised and they are all Queens. The beds were all comfortable and served our purposes very well so this didn't matter to our group.

Awesome property. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all fantastic and the large open plan and practical downstairs layout meant it didn’t feel cramped staying there as a group. Plus the large deck and open grass spaces added to the overall enjoyment.

Lovely chalet in West-Brome
The chalet is wonderful, fully-equipped with everything you may need for your stay from kitchen gear to board games to a weight bench. Four great bedrooms and one room with a futon. Four bathrooms. Tons of space, amazing views, and beautiful sunlight. Totally recommend, however, if you don't like lady bugs, this is not the place for you, as there is a pretty serious infestation in the house. Also, communication with Félix could have been a bit better at times, but overall, he was very helpful, and we all enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Très beau séjour !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle grande maison. Très belle propriété qui est équipée au-delà de nos attentes, accessoires de cuisine, lingerie, jeux, livres etc. Par contre les indications au sujet du nombre d’occupants n’est pas clair sur le site VRBO. Nous étions 10 personnes et on a dû payer des frais supplémentaires pour 2 personnes additionnelles. Les informations reçues ( format PDF) la veille de notre arrivée, de la part de VRBO, étaient seulement en anglais. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer M. Leblanc qui est très sympathique et très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci, M. Leblanc.

Beautiful property, great for two families, in a quiet location with well stocked kitchen and a nice living room to hang out. House was advertised for 10 people but the 5th bedroom had a futon that was only large enough for 1 1/2 people so we ended up having to use an air mattress for the 10th person. The house had a serious ladybug problem upstairs and were around the windows, in the shower and even found a few in the beds.

Emplacement idéal
Cette superbe maison est situé dans un décor bucolique. Par contre, je ne considère pas qu'il y a cinq chambres, la cinquième étant un mini-gym qui ne possède qu'un futon un peu trop usé pour mes gouts. De plus, le chalet a un sérieux problème de cocinelles. Il devait y en avoir une trentaine dans la douche de la chambre à coucher principale. De plus, en regardant sous le lit de la chambre à coucher des maitres, c'était un cimetière de cocinelles, clairement l'équipe de ménage à couper les coins ronds.

Magnifique demeure
Beaucoup de commodité nous avons adoré , le propriétaire a répondu rapidement à nos interrogations. Seul hic ils y avaient beaucoup de coccinelles autour des fenêtres. Nous y retournerons sûrement.
