The chalet is split in 3 levels, on the top level you will find the master bedroom with its private ensuite bathroom. A 2nd bedroom, as well as a full bathroom with a walk in rain shower.
The middle level is where you will have the living room with a large wood burning fireplace, flatscreen TV (incl sport & children channels) , a large open kitchen and dining room. From the dining area you can walk out to the large patio perfect for family dinner!
The lower level is where you will find the 3rd bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms a private lounge area with couch-bed, tv and dedicated work space, should you need to get some work done. This level is also the easiest way to get to the outdoor hot tub & sauna!
10 minutes from the north slope of Tremblant, our property is located in the "domaine de Fraternité sur le lac" which has a private resort area called Club de la Pointe (600m from the property). Which you have free access to when you book our home with a pool and boats.
The ideal place, for a long or short stay, that you will never want to leave!
Unfortunately; we are not authorized to allow any pets. If you have a service animal; please contact us prior to booking. Subject to an automatic surcharge penalty of $300 per pet if not honored.
**Snow removal is done within 24 hours after storms with over 5 cm of snow. Shovel and salt are provided for your use during your stay.**

The chalet is set up for self-check in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival.
Only people registered on the reservation have access to the chalet,and its facilities. No guest will be tolerated unless they have paid their daily user fee (Price per person / per day)
**8 club access bracelets are available during your stay. These must be worn to circulate in the club. Children under the age of 12 do not need a bracelet but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.**
For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).

Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.
We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 1500$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.
A refundable security deposit is required to protect both property and your stay; it ensures efficient resolution of potential claims, and, if no issues arise, the deposit is fully refunded within 7 days post-checkout.
The Club de la Pointe; with its sports, relaxation areas and leisure activities, reserved exclusively for owners, guests and tenants of the domaine.
It features a heated in-ground pool, beach & access to Lac-Supérieur. 2 tennis courts, volleyball court, petanque court, gym with yoga class, and youth club. In winter, hiking trails, an ice rink and more!
Summer 2024:
- Yoga classes: every Saturday from 9 AM to 10 AM and from June 8th to October 12th. Space is limited. First come, first served. Provided the temperature allows, yoga will take place outdoors, otherwise, it will happen in the gym.
- Swimming pool: open from June 24th to September 2nd inclusively from 10 AM to 6PM.
***From 21 August, the pool will be closed during the week. Opening hours are from 10am to 6pm, on August 18, 24, 25 and 31, as well as on September 1 and 2.***
-Marina: opening and closing of the marina depend on the temperature of the lake water. A minimum of 15° Celsius is required. Weather permitting, watercraft will be available daily between 10:00 to 18:00
Potential Issues
**Construction Noise**: Some guests were disturbed by construction activities nearby. (update : constrcution of new chalets nearby is over now)
**Bed Comfort**: Repeated mentions of hard beds, affecting sleep quality.
**Appliance Issues**: Reports of broken dishwashers and BBQs not working well. (update dishwasher has been repaired and the barbecue has been replaced)
**Hot Tub Cleanliness**: A few guests noted cleanliness issues with the hot tub. (update : this is a concerns for us and take measure to improve the quality)
Terms and conditions
We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.
The base price offered is for 6 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
