"Excellent holiday home, incredibly well kept property and pool and such a peaceful location. Very close to local shops and stunning scenery. Owners live nearby and were very helpful. Had absolutely everything we could have needed, and the pool was brilliant. 5 stars all round."

"Malcolm and Vivian where very welcoming and helpful. The views are amazing and the location is very peaceful. The house is beautiful and quirky, although if you like to cook for yourselves, the kitchen is a little short on utensils. We improvised! We had a problem with the cooker and Malcolm had it replaced the next day! We would definitely stay again."

"The property is really lovely and well equipped. The hosts, the Nayrolles family, are very friendly and helpful without intruding into your privacy. My wife is in a wheelchair, and the morning after we arrived Raymond had installed a ramp so that the wheelchair could be pushed easily up the 2 steps (Thank you Raymond!). "This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."
