Lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage within easy walking distance of Trader Joe's, BART, and downtown shops and restaurants is a perfect tranquil setting to come home to, after exploring all the sights that the Bay Area has to offer.
Built in 2018, this beautiful cottage has new appliances including washer/dryer. It's located on a quiet sunny lot near a creek, and has off street parking. Clean lines, and uncluttered living space are paired with all the essentials needed for cooking a meal at home. TV, WiFi, and internet are included. Enjoy the outdoors on the private shaded patio.

Great Stay in Lafayette
We have stayed in many Vrbos and this wonderful cottage was the very best we have ever experienced. We can’t wait to return for another visit. In addition to being in a wonderful wooded setting, it is convenient to downtown Lafayette. Our host has thought of everything to make our stay extremely comfortable providing coffee, snacks and spices for cooking. Great place, location - perfect, quiet & beautiful surrounding. Fully equipped with nice appliances. Unfortunately - couldn't access the key in the lockbox, which almost left me without a place to stay! (Pet sitter did manage to get the box open for me.) And, the hair dryer didn't last on the "high" setting -wet hair...

This cottage was exactly what I expected and needed. Spent two nights here and the host was very responsive and helpful. I arrived at midnight, and she was proactive and kind enough to make my check-in very smooth. Upon entering the front door, I was greeted with clear instructions on the table along with a bowl of healthy snacks – which felt like home right away. I worked during the day jumping on zoom call, and the wi-fi signal was weak at times, but completely tolerable. I would stay here, again!

Our stay was wonderful! The cottage was clean and efficiently outfitted with everything that met our needs. This is a great place to stay for 2 people. I would suggest a hand rail in the bath/shower and a bath mat in the tub. I had trouble with the lock box for the key but those things do not affect the 5 star rating! I hope to return!

I had planned to do some BART hopping but found myself happy and content without a need to be busy. Local boutiques and restaurants as well as Trader Joe’s offer all you need.
