„This beautiful spot along the Abercrombie River was the ideal setting for a getaway with friends. Our group of six stayed in the Barn, which exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. „Kathy the host was lovely to chat to and gave permission for us to have our medium dog and it not be an issue.The property advertised did not indicate $USD and was considerably more expensive when payment went through. Vrbo did not get back to us when they were unable to rectify the situation however Kathy quickly resolved the payment issue, though at times was a little slow at responding to messages. The fire lit prior to our arrival was a lovely touch, plenty of firewood provided. Lovely big ...

„An excellent property with an excellent wood heater that was greatly appreciated due to the brisk weather. Location is excellent and the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything that we needed. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy The Grand Ettie cafe and the Argyle Hotel restaurant as well as the scenic local countryside.“

„We had a wonderful stay at Taralga Terraces - Whiting's Store and loved the town. It was cold so we made the most of the combustion fire and the beds were cozy and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had all the amenities we needed. We ventured out to Wombeyan Caves and also had dinner at The Argyle Inn which was fantastic. Crookwell is also a lovely little town. Lisa was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back to this centrally located property.“

„We had a cosy and relaxed weekend at Counting Sheep. We loved the house setup, fireplace and peaceful rural setting. House is comfy with lots of country charm, and the hosts were generous and looked after us so well. We just wished we could have stayed a bit longer. “

„We went on the long weekend and it was full of families (which is expected) but I found the area that was sectioned off between the sites was great you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. The toilets were revolting. They were serviced they are just dated and disgusting.“

„My sister & I stayed at The Lodge. We had a relaxing but also a fun time. So many things to do in the games room. The views are spectacular. The hosts were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The Lodge had everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this property“
