„This little Casita was perfect for a couple days of fishing at Lake Whitney and t(e Brazos river. The place was really clean and well equipped. The only negative is it’s on the west side of the lake so it’s hike to get to a grocery store, but I knew that going in since we owned a property in a near by development several years ago. No complaints here…would stay there again.“

We loved the private cove and even floated in it the first evening! We were able to anchor and tie-up the boat and pontoon overnight with no problems. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub! „Even though this place is in the country, it isn’t far from everything Baylor. It was nice and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time hanging out since we were gone all day, but the little coffee nook was nice (and it had seasonal coffees!) Also, the place was well equipped with any need I could think of. We would definitely stay here again. And it’s great that it is dog-friendly. “

„The properly is specious for 4 to 5 people. However need some maintenance. Like fixing the Microwave that is not working or the rusty bathroom basin. The outdoor sitting in the back of the properly is not maintained at all. The gravel driveway is very dusty and the dust comes in the property with the shoes. To avoid it and to keep the properly clean, we parked our vehicle on lawn. Got a message from the owner asking explanation for it and before we provide any information, the vrbo page was ...

„Everything about it was pitch perfect. We loved staying in such a quiet and beautiful setting. It is still close enough to do anything in Waco. The property is walking distance to the Homestead Heritage and we were there during the sorghum festival. I’d definitely recommend checking it out. “

„Once inside the house, we were taken in with the beauty of each room. Everything was tip top clean and perfect. When we stepped outside on the deck, saw the view, we were over the top impressed. What a wonderful stay we had. Plenty of room for vehicles and boats, etc. The only problem I had was I just wanted one more day! Thank you for an awesome stay in your beautiful home. „very nice facility, while i did not use the vending machines I notice they were pretty empty, only 1 or 2 items. Very nice breakfast area but I felt the food item selection was minimal. No Orange Juice only some blend, only whole milk, don’t drink it, no decaf coffee, had to settle for mini powdered donuts and the juice blend. Quite happy with the spacious room. Would willing stay here again if I was traveling into this area.“
