Das 4.400 Quadratmeter große Haus liegt nur 300 Meter vom Meer entfernt und ist auf einem satten halben Morgen privaten Grundstück, das gated ist. Es fühlt sich eher wie ein privates Resort als ein Zuhause an. Genießen Sie 5 Schlafzimmer, darunter 3 Master-Suiten und 5 Bäder, 2 Küchen, einen 8 Meter tiefen und großen Pool, 2 große Wohnzimmer, darunter ein Spielzimmer für jedes Alter, einen atemberaubenden Meerblick und die spektakuläre Ausstattung. Genießen Sie Hawaii in Luxus und mit absoluter Privatsphäre.

Beim Betreten des Hauses auf der Hauptebene werden Sie von den atemberaubenden Ausblicken des Ozeans über die vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Schiebetüren überrascht. Das Wohnzimmer ist ein hervorragender Treffpunkt für große Gruppen mit einem übergroßen Sofasofa mit Schlafcouch. Fernsehen als Familie auf dem 72 'Flachbildschirm. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien und Kochwerkzeugen ausgestattet, die Sie benötigen. Sie können auch auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer speisen. Es gibt einen großen Tisch für 12 und Adirondack-Stühle zum Essen und Entspannen, während Sie das Rauschen der Wellen hören, die nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt sind. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und bietet Schlafenden einen Blick auf das Meer vom Bett aus. Es gibt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer auf der oberen Etage sowie ein Loft / Nook.

Gehen Sie die Treppe hinunter in die untere Ebene, wo Sie die zweite Küche, ein Spielzimmer, einen zweiten Wohn- / Sammlungsraum und einen Fernseher finden. Die untere Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Spüle ausgestattet. Angrenzend an die Küche befindet sich das Spielezimmer mit Tischtennis und Tischfußball. Es gibt ein großes Schnittsofa, das vor einem 65-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher sitzt. Die untere Ebene verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, von denen das erste so groß ist, dass wir zwei Queensize-Betten mit viel Platz zur Verfügung stellen. An dieses Zimmer ist ein eigenes Bad angeschlossen. Auf dem Flur befinden sich 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und ein Bad auf dem Flur. Weiter entlang der Halle zu einem riesigen Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und vom Boden bis zur Decke Glasschiebetüren hinaus zum Pool. Zu diesem Schlafzimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad.

Die Gäste haben von diesem Haus aus vielen Gründen geschwärmt. Einige lieben das übergroße Schwimmbad direkt vor der Haustür. Einige essen gerne auf dem Achterdeck mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Meer. Manche lieben die kurze Minute zu Fuß zum Strand. Einige lieben das Weltklasse-Golf, Schnorcheln, Tauchen und gutes Essen - alles innerhalb von 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Egal was Sie suchen, dieses Haus bietet Aktivitäten für alle. Es gibt sogar ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, ein BBQ-Restaurant, Fast Food, Fitness-Studio und Lebensmittelgeschäft nur wenige Gehminuten von dem Haus für alle Ihre Einkäufe und täglichen Bedarf. Beautiful house with amazing views!
We rented the house for a family vacation. Our family consisted of 9 adults and 1 toddler. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out in this spacious house and enjoy family games, swimming, reading, talking, and relaxing, while enjoying the beautiful views. Restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores are a couple minutes drive or a quick walk.

Wonderful family anniversary celebration
This was a wonderful house for our family! We have 3 children, with spouses, and 2-3 children each. The house allowed the three teen-aged grandchildren to have space and independence. The younger families had plenty of space, for children 9 months to 4 years. The pool was perfect for everyone, with pool toys, flotation devices, even for the 9-month-old. The grill allowed us to grill fresh fish from the Fish Market, as well as chicken, burgers & hot dogs. The managers, Myra & Mike were terrific to work with. A wonderful place for us to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our children and family!

Amazing home and location
This home is perfect for groups of all ages. We were a family of twelve and the space was perfect. The beds are all king size and the rooms were spacious. The location is wonderful and the support team is responsive and timely. Very helpful. Staff were amazing. The only downside is there are pool and hot tub hours restricting usage, you can only use the pool and hot tub from 8:30am-7pm due to an agreement with the neighbours. This is a big inconvenience, for the cost of the property you want to be able to use the pool and hot tub, respectfully at any time. This was the only downside and it does impact your trip. Other than that the home is fabulous.

A piece of Paradise
We were a family of 13. The house is beautiful. The pool area and space out there was amazing. There is a large dining room table on deck. We would have dinner out there and watch the whales. Its close to a grocery store, shops snd restaurants. Walk or drive to beaches. Kitchen was great and stocked. AC in all rooms, beds were good, never ran out of hot water with all the showers. Its a house that has space and everyone is comfortable. Myra oversees everything and is amazing to help in anyway. Thank you Mike and Myra and the owners for a beautiful stay. The property precisely suited our needs and provided us with a truly great vacation. The location, size and amenities of the house were great. Everyone availed themselves of the amenities and no one was bored. There were plenty of household appliances. Floor cleaning was less than expected and can better. Presence of numerous insects in lower level bedroom was a problem and should be addressed. Overall, we all agreed that this was our best vacation and the house was perfect for our group.

Beautiful and Stress-Free
Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to use Uber if you don’t have a car from here. The house is immaculate; the pool is serviced a few times per week. We were 10 people staying in this house…. Plenty of places to be when you need quiet time! Our 4 grandkids had a ball! There is a game room with Fooseball and Ping Pong table. The only negatives were the main fridge ( froze some of our food) and the main dryer in the house. It took a long time to dry heavier things. We would definitely stay here again!

A slice of heaven
Our party of 12 (8 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby) stayed here the beginning of June and had the most wonderful time. We all agree that the photos and listing don't do it justice for how spacious and awesome the floor plan is. The house has pretty much everything you could possibly need for a week in hawaii, including everything you need for the beach. The property is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Management gave a thorough tour upon arrival which I wouldn't have thought was necessary but turned out to be very helpful and informative. They responded extremely quickly with any questions and were eager to help. We had the best time here and will definitely come back next time were in Maui!

The Dream House was just that … the perfect place to bring our family together in the warm and inviting house. There was every convenience, well thought out items to make our stay the best possible - from beach towels and beach chairs to hair dryers in every bathroom. The property was good, but the pictures were deceiving. The managers of the property were outstanding. If we had an issue, I emailed them and they took care of it. The only problem we had was there were cockroaches on the bottom floor. which we were told after we left the house was fumigated due to the cockroach problems. Understanding was because there were three weeks of rain prior to our coming there the island itself had problems with cockroaches.

This is a great property and I would recommend it to anyone. A few comments. Some of the pictures show an elevator. There was one once but it has been removed. If anyone in your party can not walk up stairs, this is not the house for you. All the living is done on the second floor. The pool sidewalls need cleaning. All in all the pool needs a makeover. I’m told there is going to be some renovations after we checkout. One of the sinks downstairs drains very slowly. Well appointed kitchen. A great house.

Excellent location for medium to large groups!
This place was excellent!! There are three master bedrooms. One of the master bedrooms has two beds though so it would be shared most likely if your group needs to use all beds. We had 16 people in our group. All adults over 18. We had three vehicles and so much room. The host was excellent to work with and so helpful! A big plus to this house is that each room has it's own mini split (AC system) without any temperature restrictions so everyone can set it as warm or as cold as they'd like. A lot of rental houses put temperature restrictions so you can't be as comfortable as you'd prefer. No restrictions here! Also, with the many bathrooms we had multiple showers going at the same time and never had any water heating issues. We always had enough warm water for everyone. They had beach towels and beach chairs and boogie boards as well as kid strollers and floaties and life jackets to use as well as coolers. The location is great as well. The house is gated so it feels secure even with parking your vehicles. It's close to beaches and several stores and golf courses are right close by. There is also a park with pickleball courts and a tennis court which was just a 2 minute drive. While we were there we literally saw whales from the Lanai of the house. Such awesome views right from the back yard! This place was great! I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Beware: Great Views and Rules
The house is in a great location, and it has terrific views of the ocean. The landscape guy was rich in knowledge and very pleasant to chat with. 1.) Things to be aware of Pool hours extend beyond the township quiet hours (8 pm-8 am), and the hot tub will not work outside of hours. Also, the house has a camera on the pool. 2.) The house needs a deep clean the floors around the toilets and beds were filthy. 3.) Walking to the beach with little kids is difficult but possible.

Location and the house was perfect. I wish I could stay there forever. 1. Walking distance to Napili Market. Poke from Napili Market was very delicious. Other restaurants in the mall are great too. 2. Property manager was very helpful. 3. Welcome gifts of Honolulu Cookies and Maui coffee was very nice. Coffee filters and ground coffee are provided. House also has tons of coffee machine, air fryer, rice cooker, blender. 4. One of the bedroom had 2 double (queen beds) 5. Tons of bathrooms. For a big party, this was great. 6. Upstairs has two bedroom,s 2 bath, full kitchen Downstairs has 4 bedrooms, bath, big refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, cups, utensils 7. Cons - only 1 Quiet hours strictly enforced. I didn't realize this after I book the property. No pool use from 7 pm to 8 am. Property has noise detection and camera. If you have active children and visiting during summer when sunsets late, should consider this. Beautiful and awesome property. I wish I can visit again soon.

35th Anniversary Celebration
This was our tenth trip to Maui and first experience with a VRBO. Our family consisted of: my wife & I; our three daughters & their spouses; a two-year old and a two month-old. Upon arrival, we were all overwhelmed with the property. The house is beautiful & expansive while the pool & hot tub were a family favorite. My wife & I were amazed that the house was so quiet & private – even with everyone inside. The kitchen & dining facilities are top notch with plenty of room for all of us to dine together. Having two laundry facilities is exceptional and the storage by the garage was filled with everything needed to have fun (chairs – boogie boards - floaties – etc. ) As we traveled with two small children – the property is totally prepared for a young families needs. Prior to & during our arrival, Myra was fully engaged & responsive via emails with us as they pertained to the property, rules, etc., and could not have been more helpful & accommodating! Outwardly, we were a little overwhelmed with all of the house rules but found them not to be a problem at all. During our stay, we met the Landscape/Gardener; Pool Maintenance & Maintenance people as they came to the to do their business. All first class people who went above & beyond to make us feel at home. We had a fantastic time at this property as it was a truly “welcoming” home & we will definitely consider coming back! If you are looking for a great beach within a 5 minute drive check our D.T. Fleming beach.

really amazing stay at a great house near awesome beaches
We were a group of 6 couples (high school friends and their spouses) who spent a week together in paradise. The house is perfect.... huge. The main kitchen is large and has everything you could possibly need for cooking amazing meals. Coffee grinder and maker, amazing blender. The downstairs kitchen was useful for storing overflow food and leftovers, as well as drinks. All of the bedrooms had great AC. Pool was amazing and the hot tub was HOT and wonderful! The closest beach seems to have eroded away, but Napili Beach just a short drive down the street was PERFECT, we spend everyday there and wished we could have stayed longer! Thanks for such a great time!
