Diese Kapalua Bay Villa hat einen einzigartigen hybriden Namen, gemischt mit hawaiianischem und spanischem Namen, Hale Un Lugar Celestial, was übersetzt "Zuhause in einem himmlischen Ort" bedeutet.

Diese Villa, eine ebenerdige Endeinheit, wurde im Dezember 2015 auf den Markt gebracht, nachdem das Innere und Äußere des Gebäudes vielfach aufgewertet wurde.

Diese Villa befindet sich in Gebäude 25 in der unteren Reihe Ocean Front des Komplexes Kapalua Bay Villa. Es hat viele Innenaufwertungen erfahren, die von Pro One Inc. beaufsichtigt wurden und für ihre individuellen Platinum-Designs bekannt sind.

Hale Un Lugar Celestial ist eine Villa mit 1 Schlafzimmer und bietet eine Wohnfläche von ca. 100 m², einschließlich 125 m², wenn einer der Balkone im Hauptschlafzimmer zum Innenraum hin geschlossen wurde. Die Außenterrasse oder Lanai ist eine zusätzliche 379 Quadratfuß. Dies ist eine Endeinheit mit dem Eingang im Erdgeschoss mit neuen Bambusschränken und maßgefertigten Granit-Arbeitsplatten in der umgestalteten Küche. Das Pulverbad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine erweiterte Fliesendusche, die groß genug für zusätzliche Gäste oder eine größere Familie ist. Es gibt einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit eklektischem, aber hochwertigem Dekor im Inselstil, der mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie dem neuen 60-Zoll-LED-TV und einer Blu-ray-DVD ausgestattet ist. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das Badezimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss im Obergeschoss. Es gibt keine weiteren Einheiten und nur eine gemeinsame, dichte Betonwand auf einer Seite. Dieser Grundriss ermöglicht es dem Gast, morgens aufzuwachen und den herrlichen Meerblick von Ihrem komfortablen, handgefertigten, handgeschnitzten Kingsize-Bett zu genießen. Das einzige, was zwischen Ihnen und dem Meer liegt, ist der Pool am Meer, einer von 3 Pools in diesem Komplex. Alle Pools verfügen über 'Weber' Gasgrills und Küchenzeilen für Ihren Gebrauch. Ihr Zugang zu dieser verschlossenen und geschlossenen Anlage ist sehr bequem! Es gibt auch einen wunderbaren Küstenweg, der direkt am Strand entlang jenseits des Geländes verläuft.

Great location, comfortable and attractive condo
Just as described: ocean views, nice pool right out front, updated decor, good space for a couple. We used the barbeque grills at the pool twice, and it was easy. Comfortable bed, roomy master bath. Loved having the Coastal Trail so close for walking. Kapalua is an upscale area with a beautiful beach. Easy to walk to the Montage or Ritz Carlton for their restaurants.

Perfect spot for a quiet west shore getaway
My family and I had an unforgettable time in this place. The location relative to the pool, cliffs, beaches was absolutely perfect. Having the Montage next door was also a bonus for dining out and wandering the property. The community is extremely quiet and peaceful, and the grounds are gorgeous. I would highly recommend this complex and unit to any family of four.

10 year anniversary
We stayed here 10 years ago for our wedding and we knew we'd come back to Maui for our anniversary. This time we brought our 2 kids and I was so excited to find the same exact villa we stayed in before. We stayed in a hotel our first 2 nights, and realized that you can't beat the privacy of this unit. Having no upstairs or downstairs neighbors is essential when you have kids that are excited to be in Maui. The beach was a short walk and the pool is just steps away. I could not have been happier that we got lucky with this location 10 years ago and that we were able to find it again.

Excellent Location on Kapalua Coastal Trail
We’ve stayed at the Kapalua Ridge Villas several times and had good experiences but wanted to try Kapalua Bay Villas this time around and glad we did. This condo was steps away from the stunning Kapalua Coastal Trail which we walked several times a day to get to the beach, Merriman’s, Pickleball courts, the Ritz, golf, or the Honolua Store. It’s also right at the small pool and grills that overlook the ocean. The condo was well appointed, nicely updated, and had a great AC. Although one bedroom, the downstairs does provide privacy if you have another guest sleeping on the pull out sofa, complete with a small, but full second bathroom also downstairs. Professional and friendly manager that promptly answered questions. The Kapalua Bay/Kapalua Ridge Villas are an absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained complex. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Property! Amazing Location- had everything we could have wanted!
We LOVED this property. It was filled with every amenity we needed, the washer and dryer are a HUGE plus! The neighborhood was super quiet and lovely! The area is not super kid friendly, which was perfect for us, but the Ritz property is a close walk and there were kids everywhere. The property manager is very professional and responsive. We would absolutely stay there again!

This condo was everything I'd hoped for and more! I rented it for our wedding and it had everything we needed. The check in process was super easy and communicating with the owner was a breeze. The property itself is exactly how it is pictured in the ad, if not better! It was immaculately clean, updated, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a really nice space for my bridal party to get ready on the morning of my wedding and everyone loved the condo. The pool was really convenient, just steps away from the lanai. The air conditioning was really great, which was so nice since we did hair & makeup at the house---no makeup melting off the face! We were so sad to leave the condo and Kapalua---we loved the community and the home that we had for our wedding. Mahalo to Dave and his amazing Maui home!

Our Perfect Stay
My wife and I have stayed in many condos up and down the West side of Maui. Without a doubt this is the best we have rented thru VRBO. While it may not be the best for a family with children, as a couple it was perfect. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate as to what you will have. The area is quiet and and pools are great. The kitchen has a of the necessary items for meal preparation. Communications with the property manager, Dave, was great. I cannot comment on other condos at the Bay Villas, but this one will be our go to stay location when we return to paradise. We will be back!

This lovely place is tucked away in the Kapalua Villas, a very quiet/private/safe community. We loved being on the west side of Maui and this condo was so beautiful! Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking (including a rice maker), the upstairs bedroom allows for great privacy/separation between living and sleeping areas, the showers were nice and hot, and we really enjoyed being so close to secluded public beach. For food we were in close proximity to groceries, the Honolua general store, Joey's Kitchen and other great little spots to pick up food. We will come here again for sure. Thank you for hosting us!

Breathtaking views and comfortable living
My wife and I had an amazing time in this villa. We had everything we needed in the house. The kitchen was stocked and allowed us to make meals and enjoy them on the patio, which had great views. However, the bedroom views topped it with even better views of the ocean. There were also beach chairs that we took with us to the walkable beaches near by. We would love to stay here in the future!

The perfect get away. The view is amazing! We watched the wales from the patio and enjoyed the walking path along the beach. The condo had a great supply of Chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. Close to a variety of restaurants, but you can also save money by grabbing groceries at Costco or Walmart by the airport.

We spent a week in the ocean front Bay Condo at Kapalua. You enter the property from ground level. There is a nice kitchen. Full sized appliances, all in good working order. A table for 6, full bath, tv and coach. My daughter spent the week on the sofa sleeper. She would not have described the sleeper as comfortable. They provided blankets, sheets and pillows. Large screened sliding glass doors take you outside to a patio with table and chairs. Across the lawn and down a few stairs takes you to the pool and BBQ’s. Pool was nice, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed sitting at the pool and watching the whales. Up a flight of stairs is a full bath, walk-in in shower, washer/dryer. A very comfortable king sized bed, TV and a couple chairs that face the ocean. You are probably a 100 yards from the water and can watch the waves roll in. There is a small patio off the bedroom that we didn’t use. The manager Dave at mauiplatiniumvacations was easy to work with.
