„The hotel is very nice and the food is good but the front desk and restaurant staff were not friendly at all. Not welcoming and made you feel you were a bother and not an appreciated customer. When we went to check in the front desk worker actually raised his voice at me when I was approaching the steps to stand in line to check in. He waved his hands to send me away because there was one other person at the counter. I was simply waiting my turn. If I wasn’t in need of the hotel rooms I would ...

„Amazing stay. Great central location and easy to find. There are two Faletti hotels in the area so make sure to ask for the right one. This one is opposite the Press Club. Convenient location with good food shops nearby! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Even the Hotel Manager came and introduced himself to me :-) “

„Although I booked the room for 2 people, we had only towles for one guest. Had to request a second set. The bathroom wasn't in a good condition. Breakfast was under average quality. Parking space was not sufficient. “
