Kimberlys Chandelier Château 4100 sqft feet of absolute stunning home with 2 Cal Kings and 4 Queen beds in 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and extra large event room. Comfortable with 3 large TVs, 3 large family rooms and an extra style space. You will love this house! This is the ONE! (Reviews say better than pictured) since the pictures don't do it justice let me try to explain.
Family style Kitchen : 2 large ovens , gas stove & steam oven, microwave barbeque nothing is "basic" here. There is everything you need for a large friend, family or small event getaway. We do Disney groups, Soccer teams, bridal & baby showers, Glen Ivy & Pechanga stays, Weddings, soccer teams and thier families and many more!
Come, Relax and Swim in the relaxing and calming salt water pool next to the candle-lit garden surrounded by a garden of tall palm trees! Some say the spa was more than they expected. It seats 15 and is a swim spa. It has jets & lights and even a small waterfall . It IS exactly what a dream vacation should feel like.
Theres even a private master suite and it has its own private jet bathtub upstairs if you choose instead, in your room sits your own chaise lounge chair. This a unique and beautiful room , it also has a 65inch big screen TV. This is a master suite with 2 large elegant walk in closets. Next to the master bedroom, there is a an additional private workout/ yoga space. There are an additional 3 large rooms upstairs , 1 with an additional Cal King bed and adjacent bathroom. The other 2 rooms are gloriously set with Queen beds and another full sized bathroom with bathtubs. Downstairs:
There are ar TWO Bedrooms & TWO bathrooms downstairs, both have full ADA access and also is a wonderful fully remodeled shower room with 3 showerheads lovely towel warmer and warming toilet bidet.

There are 2 very large dining areas downstairs and theres even a make up area to get ready for any event. Each room has plenty of cozy pillows & blankets and even closet insets, so come and stay a while. Youll be happy you did!



Please keep in mind:

Rules are always important to keep everyone safe. We are very kind and wonderful people but we ask for a few things to be honored quests. No smoking-indoors as we need to keep the air clean for you and future guests and their families. Theres a 250$ min fee for smoke clean out. No DJ or sound equipment ( out of respect to niehbors) . Check in 4-9pm Check out, same thing by 10am. 100$ late checkout fee. Theres a manadory good neighbor policy in the area and it requires outdoor quiet hours by 9 PM.

We do love holiday & family get togethers soccer, football and training team stay overs, you are always welcome, along with bridal or baby showers & Glen Ivy get togethers Thanksgiving and Christmas family style stay overs. No unauthorized guests ( please state all of your guest because the base rate is included up to four people, then is $55 per guest prior to booking and 90$ after. ( 18 people are NOT included in base rate, base rate is for 4 guests) If you have a family event/ large stay where part of your group is coming for part of the stay, message me and I will work with you on the pricing. Try wine tasting in Temecula, photo shoots & hiking groups, and even sky diving groups, these are the best! Our return guests are like family! We are central to Disneyland, Knotts & San Diego !
No specialty cashier Checks ,Wire or Western Union for payment , only VRBO payment system ( Credit cards , ATM & Debit only, they have several payment options available) no 3rd party booking. Important: No hanging out in front of house,No soliciting neighbors. No partying/DJ music events. ( Yes quests have tried to do this, so we have to say it!)
