The staff were a bit interesting. One of the check-in desk people was so quiet, I had to ask multiple times if he was speaking to me. It also took him a long time to get me checked in. Not sure if it was just the equipment he was using. I also had to make noise to let him know I was there one of the times. I believe he was on his phone and didn't acknowledge me for a bit. He wasn't rude, just distracted and overly quiet.
Another person came into my unit unannounced. Not sure if this happened because I had an early check-in, but would've been great to have a heads up that a maintenance person was coming to my unit as I was told the room was ready for me. The maintenance person came in the first time unprepared, the second time, he came in talking on the phone, his hands full, etc. Then he forgot something and had to come back a third time. I was working in my hotel room, so this was disruptive and somewhat unprofessional. It would be nice if he could identify himself more clearly in the future. He was just trying to come in and knocking aggressively. It put me off-guard as someone who just settled in and didn't expect any interruptions. He wasn't rude, but just think he could be more professional, clear and efficient. Mistakes happen, of course, wasn't the biggest deal, but since you're asking, I just thought I would bring it up.
