Lake George Cliff House - Neuer Whirlpool im Freien!

Neu erbautes Haus auf einer Klippe mit faszinierendem Blick auf den nördlichen George-See! Diese maßgefertigte, moderne Gourmet-Küche mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist mit exquisiter Handwerkskunst und Architektur die perfekte Mischung aus Glas, Stein und Holz. Unsere gemeinsame Uferpromenade erreichen Sie über einen 150-Fuß-Pfad, auf dem Sie vom Deepwater Dock aus schwimmen oder auf unserer großen Sonnenterrasse entspannen können. Ein Bootsschein (max 20 'Boot) steht unseren Gästen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Es gibt 3 Sitzbereiche im Freien. Ein großes hinteres Deck befindet sich auf einem 40 Fuß hohen Felsvorsprung, der vom großen Raum und dem Hauptschlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist. Ein kleineres Deck ist vom zweiten Schlafzimmer aus erreichbar, und ein überdachter Sitzbereich kann von der untersten Ebene des Hauses aus erreicht werden Wir haben einen neuen Whirlpool im Freien. Enthalten sind 4 Kajaks für unsere Gäste und ein 20-minütiger Bootsausflug am überdimensionalen Anlegeplatz für diejenigen, die ihr Boot mitbringen oder in einem der örtlichen Yachthäfen mieten möchten.

Maximal 3 Fahrzeuge können zu Hause geparkt werden. Auf dem Vereinsgelände gibt es einen Parkplatz für einen Bootsanhänger.

Allradfahrzeug ist in den schneereichen Monaten, die eine schöne Jahreszeit zu besuchen ist, notwendig. Zwei Paar Schneeschuhe sind im Lieferumfang des Hauses enthalten, um die mehr als 60 Hektar Land des Vereins zum Wandern zu nutzen.

So quiet!

This property is amazing! We stayed for spring break - and it was great to stay before all the tourists arrive next month. The property itself is clean, spacious, and the views are great. We utilized the fire pit, kayaks and local hiking trails. Even got to see the local beaver hard at work. The area itself secluded and quiet, and has a narrow and windy road to get to. If you’re going offseason, have a 4x4 vehicle. The place also has a generator. When we arrived, there was an ice storm, and the power lines have been damaged. We had zero interruption of power/heat - just internet, which was fine with me. We all had books to read and trails to hike. I was actually happy with the forced freedom from the internet. (Though, it came on when power was restored.) The property was located closely enough to the things we wanted to see/do. (Lake Placid, Burlington, cascade mountain…) the drive was beautiful past Ticonderoga. Can’t recommend this property enough.

Wonderful house!

This property is stunning in its location and very well equipped. Although it was just two of us, it can accommodate many more, and the architecture lends privacy and comfort even if there are 6-8 people. The view is spectacular from inside and from each of the balconies. We absolutely loved this house!

Weekend with friends

We had a great time staying at the Cliff house. The house was super comfortable and if you like the cook, the house was fully stocked with all the supplies. We rented a boat, and I would suggest driving a little further away to get closer to the middle or south part of the lake to get the most out of it. The house and closest marina is quite far north, so the lake is not as interesting but still a good time. Would definitely come back!

Loved our short, relaxing family getaway at the cliff house! Be mindful that the walk to the lake is extremely steep so if you have any mobility issues you would struggle going up and down. We enjoyed the kayaks and spent most of the day in the water or on the sundeck.

Northern Lake George what is there not to like?

Beautiful Location on the Northeast corner of LG in a nice small waterfront cove. Very comfortable and accommodating home with well Equipped Kitchen and island style dining area. Backup generator just wonderful that rode out a very severe evening thunderstorm. Board games present for fun evenings. Lower level table and chairs perfectly situated for game fun or card playing. Plenty of comfortable deck and outdoor seating areas all around home. Boat dock-age available if you bring or rent a reasonable size 20 ft. boat. Don't forget anything that you will be carrying to the boat, dock, or sundeck area! (the path down is not long but rather steep and not well paved) I'm sure the hot tub is fabulous (It looked beautiful) but we had a very hot summer week so we did not utilize it. It was however well covered for inclement weather conditions. Negatives; parking is OK for 2 vehicles with room for more offsite. Just a bit challenging to not interfere with neighbor’s property and watch the boulders across the driveway slightly over neighbors property line. (I scratched up my spoiler on them some). Loft access with ladder style stairs (could be a problem with children or elderly). I made a fateful mistake of leaving the final garbage bag out the morning of departure and the cleaning service found a bag ripped by wildlife. There are provisions for garbage overflow at an additional garbage shed off premises. My bad!

Treehouse lake hideaway

What a fantastic spot to stay! Everything was accounted for and readily available. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped and the space was perfect for all 6.5 of us. Casey allows dogs which our little Sugar appreciated not being left at home. There are 4 kayaks to use, which the kids loved and dock to tie up to if you rent a boat. We also looked forward to chilling in the hot tub after a windy day of boating. The views of the lake are spectacular, there's even a sundeck down at the lake that is perfect for watching the sunsets or the stars at night. Casey was easy to communicate with so everything was easy breezy. Looking forward to coming back again!

Stunning and that view!

We went for a long weekend in January, and while the temperature was below freezing - we couldn’t have been more cozy. The view from every room in the house was gorgeous, and the hot tub was a very welcomed treat. The short walk down the dock was lovely for morning coffee. The kitchen was filled with everything you’d need to make meals at home, and the house was nicely stocked with towels, blankets and linens. Overall, a great stay.

The "cliff house" offers many amenities in a clean, secluded environment overlooking Lake George. If you enjoy water sports and activities; or snow skiing, this is the perfect rental. AMAZING....This house is gorgeous, and in a great location to the lake. We loved the boat deck with all the Adirondack chairs. A Fantastic Vacation Getaway

This beautiful, modern house makes for the perfect getaway. Casey is a gracious host. The house is exactly as described and well-equiped. It's clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful views from house, house deck and the fire pit area. We took advantage of the sundeck and the kayaks at the dock. Access to swimming and fishing are right off the dock too. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Gull Bay Preserve hiking trails. The hot tub was delightful. The neighborhood is small, but friendly. Highly recommend this rental.

Modern home with incredible views

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely home perched on Lake George. The home is modern with great amenities - a fully equipped kitchen, the hot tub is a delight, and we spent so much time on the deck. Access to the house was easy with a lockbox and all communications with the owner were easy and smooth - he went above and beyond in agreeing to ship some coats we forgot in the closet. Great stay at the lake

Cool house with great views, the deck/living room/kitchen has a great flow for hanging out and windows are everywhere to show the amazing view. The sun deck is a great bonus, we spent a lot of time down there relaxing on the water. Check in and out was super simple, Casey is a great host. Location is pretty far north, but if you’re not interested in LG village or Bolton, then it’s a great location to unwind. We enjoyed our stay very much.
