Comfy for up to a family of four! Separate entrance to single apartment. Efficiency kitchen, dinette area and living space on first floor. Half Bath on first floor!
Second floor is one bedroom with bathroom (shower). Queen bed and set of twin bunks are in same bedroom. This apartment is two floors which provides added space.
Efficiency kitchen which has sink, small fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig. Dinette set which seats 4.

EXCELLENT
We loved our stay in Anna’s property! Extra bonus points for being dog friendly!! Perfectly located to the Village of Bolton Landing with lots of bars, restaurants & shopping. Walking distance to The Sagamore Resort which was a nice stroll with the pup. Anna thought of everything…welcome basket with snacks, waters and WINE!!! Bathroom toiletries in case anything is forgotten. Would 100% stay here again!!

Lovely Apartment in Bolton
My family and I had a lovely few days in Bolton Landing staying in this quaint little apartment which was perfect for our needs - 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 8), walking distance into town and 3 minutes drive away from the Sagamore where our friends were staying. The hosts kindly had snacks and wine for our arrival, toiletries, restaurant options and wifi instructions. Air conditioned and lovely touches. We would happily go back.

Super Return Visit
Fantastic stay at the Bolton Apartment. This was our second time staying here. We love the location, cleanliness and layout of the apartment. Walking distance to Bolton Landing, across the street from the marina and public beach. 1.5 bathrooms is a bonus and bedroom upstairs, makes the square footage in the apartment go far. Hope to come back next year. Amazing hosts, even allowed us to extend our stay at the last minute. 🤗

Close to town - great spot!
My husband myself and our 4 y/o daughter stayed here for a long weekend and we had a great time! Walking distance to town and close to everything. Property was really nice. Had everything you could need. We brought our 2 dogs and it was great to have so much area to walk around. Great restaurants nearby and walkable. We drove 10 minutes to Lake George Village however found that to be very touristy and didn’t have any good restaurants. Bolton Landing has better restaurants and bars by far. Village of lake George good if you want to take a boat tour of lake George.

Cozy stay in a great location!
We were very happy with our stay in this cozy apartment. My husband and I stayed for the week, both working from here, then exploring the town in the evening. The apartment was very clean, spotless really, and had almost everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable! We brought our little dog and she was very comfortable as well. Anna was very quick to respond to any questions we had and very pleasant to talk to. It’s a great location, with a nice, clean beach across the street and many restaurants to choose from within a short walking distance. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Bolton Landing Vacation Spot
I would definitely suggest this place to stay. It is walking distance to the little village of Bolton Landing and across from the street from a free beach area that has a playground and picnic tables. It’s like only about a 20 minute ride to Lake George Village. The place is very cute and very clean and the owners are very nice and pleasant.

Perfect stay
We have visited the place in February. We wanted to combine several events in the area, this location was perfect for our needs. First of all, the location can not be beat! It’s within walking distance to restaurants, parks and shops. Second, the place was clean, well thought out to include everything we needed. There were even some complimentary snacks, extra items in the bathroom in case guests forgot anything. Those little details just tell you that Anna and Larry really care about their guests! We will definitely be staying there again!

Cozy apartment in quaint town.
We rented this apartment for 3 nights stay over a long weekend. Decor and location were just as described and we had plenty of room for us and our little dog. The bedroom is upstairs so nice and cozy. The bed was really comfortable. There are also a set of twin bunks in the room for children. We went during the Lake George winter carnival which was enjoyable and we came back to peace and quiet away from the crowds. Only suggestion is that owner put a mat outside to wipe off snow covered boots. Didn’t want to bring the mess inside.

Perfect location
Second time staying in this property and not the last! Ideal location for anyone traveling with a boat and dog. The marina, Norowal, across the street was not only convenient but they were great as well. A 1 minute walk into town with restaurants, shops, bars, and more. My dog loved walking into town and everyone is so friendly. Amazing property with great, communicative owners. Not only a cozy place but a clean and comfortable one as well.

Great trip to Lake George
What a great trip to the Lake. Super close to the boat rental, town, public beach ( w playground and grills), and ice cream (Steward Shop). Anna was super responsive to everything we needed. Apartment was perfect for our family - toaster oven, microwave and coffee Made making breakfast/kids’ meals easy. Supermarket is walking distance as well. Super Clean and well maintained; sheets/towels were super nice. Looking forward to coming back.
