„Lovely stay. No tv or a/c but didn’t miss it. Stayed in the house on second floor. It’s like stepping back in time. Lots of antiques and so much charm. On the lake with plenty of things to do or just sit on the porch rocking enjoying good conversation with family. Very clean room and bathrooms;staff was helpful and kind.“

„We enjoyed the balcony for relaxing, reading, and eating. We appreciated the host allowing use of the garage under the quarters for parking. Big plus for those who are particular about their vehicle. Also enjoyed the quiet setting and the location to the small towns, lakes, and state parks. Would not hesitate to stay again to do more exploring of the area. The owner was friendly and inquired if all was ok when our paths crossed, but otherwise respected our time and privacy.“

GPS takes you to the boat launch. Other than that everything perfect. I would only suggest better wifi connectivity. My group had difficult time connecting. „Great location if you are touring around the northern peninsula. Very pleasant and friendly little town. Just a couple of blocks from Fiddleheads! House is really comfortable with a nice back deck and a really great side/front porch to sit and enjoy the evening. “
