„This was a 5+ star property- clean, beautiful views, comfortable accommodations- could have used one additional bathroom upstairs so 4 adults did not have to share. 4 stars are due to the construction on a new-build next door. Work started at 7AM and continued until 6PM. The house shared a driveway so there was frequent construction traffic and people parking in the driveway. This is clearly temporary but distracted from otherwise wonderful Thanksgiving family reunion.“

„I hosted 10 Ladies for a retreat and it was the perfect space of serenity and tranquilty! Greater with floor to ceiling views of the lake everyday was the most peaceful way to start our day! Everyone had their own individual spaces as well as the perfect spaces for gathering! The layout is perfect to share meals, conversations, game night and movie night! „The property has an amazing location on Lake Norman with water on 3 sides! The grounds are well kept, and it even has a volleyball court & a basketball hoop (balls are provided). Since we were there in December, we did not get to use the water equipment, but there was just about every water recreation item you could imagine, from pontoon boat and jet ski to kayaks and paddle boards. Life jackets of various sizes and other water toys. The game room above the garage is equipped with a wide variety ...
