„It a townhouse. Close to lake with boat slip and boat launch access. Very good stay. Nice rooms and lots of beds.Would definately stay again.Only negative (and its a big one) is that you have to haul out your own trash. Disposal is a 5 minute drive away! No trash facilities on property.“

„Worked out well for us as we were working nearby at North Anna Nuc plant. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable. Would definitely stay again“

„We really enjoyed this clean and comfortable house and left this as clean as this was.Only the cabinets with cook pots/containers/pans etc were unorganized. Most of them are damaged/scratches or with not matching covers which need to be trashed and replaced. Most of them seem useless- there were too many of them.Otherwise everything was perfect and enjoyed this house.Thanks!“

„All in all it was a top notch getaway! We loved the place. While there, I discovered the jetted tub! It was not working. Called for a fix, was told it would be arranged and I got ghosted. „We loved the great-room just off the dining/kitchen area, as well as the boat dock for lounging and kayaking. Used the patio for grilling and campfire with s'mores. The location at the north end of the lake is a convenient launching point for area attractions. Couldn't really use the spare sitting room as a bedroom, but fortunately we didn't need it. Had a few minor issues, but the owner/host was very responsive. “
