Large Lake House on 2.5 acres with 150 feet of shore front.

If you are looking for a property for your large family, extended family, or group of friends, this is your place. Come and experience our year round lake house only a 39 minute drive from Fargo. This lake house is nestled in 2.5 acres on the east side of beautiful Upper Cormorant Lake. We have two bedrooms upstairs with full living room and kitchen. The downstairs has 4 bedrooms, full living room, and a kitchenette. There is laundry on both floors. Lots of space for fun.
There is a continuous deck with lake views from all angles. This fully furnished house has multiple smart TV's, electric fire place, a ping pong table, and indoor and outdoor games of all sorts. Wifi throughout the entire property. There is also 50 amp hookups for RV's.
This large house can sleep 18 comfortably in beds, but has plenty of space for more; a limit of 24. You’re welcome to bring your own boat but, upon request, there is a fishing boat and a speed boat available for you to use. If boating is not an option for you, there is great fishing right off the dock. This will be a great place for you to make memories.

Fun family week at Upper Comorant!
There was plenty of space and things to do at this property. We had a cooler week of weather, so we appreciated the abundant supply of books, games, and puzzles to help keep us entertained. The owners are generous with sharing their water toys which we were happy to use when we were blessed with a couple of sunny days!

Amazing!
This property was absolutely perfect for our large group. Plenty of space to hang-out, as well as plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The entire house was perfectly clean, and the owners have truly thought of everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Fishing was fabulous throughout the lake as well as right off the dock (which isn't alway the case in late July/early Aug). Loved it here so much that we've already booked our stay for next year. If you're thinking about it, just book it; you won't regret it!

Fabulous home & location!
Family trip for ours from 83 down to 2 months. We had 9 adults, 6 teens, a 2 year old & 2 month old. Plenty of space inside & out. Kitchen space was so easy to work in with everything we needed. Bring your food & clothes, the hosts have the rest covered. Communication from the hosts was amazing. We even forgot a few things when we left & that is straightened out. We do this family trip every summer, we have never rebooked the same place until now!! Can't wait for next year;)

My family does a 5 night lake vacation every summer and this was our first time at this location. It did not disappoint. The location is easy to get to and private. There is ample space for large groups. The house has everything you need. Generous access to water toys. Clean lake even into August. We had a great time and would love to stay here again

Family getaway
There was plenty of room in the house and lots of beds. Kitchen has everthing you need for meal prep. The area off the dock is rocky and they are sharp so bring water shoes. There is no steps or ladder going from the dock into the water so access into the water may be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Great water toys including paddle board, canoe, lilypad, and tubes for the boat. The kids spent most of the time in the water or on the boat.

The description of this property does not do it justice. The property is beautiful, spacious, clean, and functional. The property owners are very easy to work with. The kitchen is well equipped. We stay at a lot of rental properties and this one tops the list. We have booked for next year.

Fun for families
This place is great had everything we needed. Fishing was great as we have many bass fishermen we are a catch and release family. They where good size and fun to catch. Swimming was good no beach was not ideal. I think because of the hot weather earlier little kids got chiggers on Tuesday. But older kids in deeper water did not. So going out deeper with the Lilly pad worked. Great time thanks again.

Whole family vacation
We very much enjoyed our stays at the Adam's property. The owners were very allowing of us to use what we needed. The house and large yard were great. The ping pong table was used very heavily by the teenagers and adults. The fishing was great. The dock is tight if you have extra boats but worked. The two issues of concern is the back deck is of older construction where the gaps are wide so kids could slip through, so we kept a close eye on them. Secondly we were not informed until shortly before our stay that there is poison ivy down by the dock. This restricted our use of allowing the kids to use the area. Overall a great experience!!!
