„We really enjoyed our stay! A group of 6 adults and 8 children visited for 4 days for Spring Break. We loved the pool, space, and our trip overall. The house was clean and had great accommodations. We ran into a small issue and the owner took steps to rectify immediately. The assistants to the owner were incredibly helpful and made the little communication we needed very easy. We would absolutely recommend this house and would love to book again the next time we visit our friend in AZ! “

„Overall the property was excellent. Pool was super fun and heated. Hot tub was nice too. Only complaint and this in no way reflects on the owner is the next door neighbors have a dog which on our last night was barking for about two hours in the early morning. Being from AZ this is pretty typical but for my guests it was something to adjust to. Again, only the last night and would easily stay here again. “

„We enjoyed our stay here for our spring break with the kids. The house had absolutely everything we needed and everything was in working order. Kids loved the pool and roasting marshmallows out back. We had a hiccup checking in but the hosts were very responsive and made up for it. The neighborhood is very quiet just as others have said, my only knock is there is a dog at the neighbors that sometimes barked at night, we turned noisemakers on and slept through it. “

Communication with the host was great - when we checked in the pool filters were clogged and the pool was cold. I texted Colette and she immediately responded and got the problem fixed.
