„I give this rental a five stars overall. The property contact was very responsive. The location so close to the lake is just perfect. Great for a girls weekend away. Only constructive feedback. Is there a couple of things that should be repaired on the property, such as a cracked sink, But nothing that overall affected the functionality of the rental for us. Neighbors were very quiet and we would definitely stay here again.“

„Plenty of room for everyone and nice location for our weekend getaway. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to have things to do! Enjoyed an afternoon of antiquing and exploring Madison which is a short drive. Grocery store and gas station located within minutes of the property. Relaxing lake side location and views. Would definitely recommend!“

„We were in town for a wedding just down the road at Villa Buonincontro. The house was just as described and easily accommodated 3 families. There was of room for each family to have privacy and plenty of room for us all to gather together. We plan to rent again in years to come. “

„The beds were comfortable, the home was very well stocked (both in the kitchen and in the games cabinet) and everything was as described. We had a great time on the lake and would recommend this place without hesitation! A couple notes depending on your situation: - There are a fair number of (somewhat tall and uneven) stairs down from where you park to get into the house and there are two curved stairways in the house as well, so this wouldn't be a great spot for folks with mobility issues - ...

„Our recent stay in Sun Prairie was wonderful. Randy and Connie are outstanding hosts. They greeted us when we arrived. Showed us all the features of the home and were available to answer any questions. They suggested places to take our grandchildren. The house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in Sun Prairie and is a short drive to Madison. Our grand daughter told us she wants to come back and stay in this our again.“

„Jake’s place was perfect for our stay, as it was a relaxing, clean and a nice home. The two floor layout worked especially well for our infant daughter so she had a quiet place to sleep, while we could cook and hang out in the living room. The only suggestion to the host is to install curtains along the picturesque sliding doors for a bit of extra privacy at nighttime.“

„The property was wonderfully located with a beautiful view. It was also exceptionally clean and very well renovated. There were a few nice local restaurants/bars which made the stay even nicer. The only item was when I was told that we parked in the wrong place I responded and indicated the home was wonderful. I never heard back - just kind of seemed weird. I like having a personable connection with the owner but didn't necesarily feel that way here. But still a wonderful stay!“

„The host was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Communication was in a timely manner. We definitely will stay at this location the next time we are in Sun Prairie. The house felt like home! My granddaughter said the the home was a 10!“

„The house was exactly as listed. We all loved it. Had a fabulous time kayaking. Absolutely stunning. Beds comfortable. Very well stocked. Best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve gone to.
