Lodged on stilts above Lake Stevens, this well-appointed remodeled cabin is the perfect family and friends retreat. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of gentle waves all around the house. Unplug and enjoy the peaceful setting lounging out on the deck in the sun or curled up on the couch with a good book. Bring your boat and secure it on the expansive dock. Perfect situation for friends and family with young children. Not suitable for 6 or more uncoupled adults. Single adult weight baring bunk.

Nephew’s wedding weekend compound
We stayed here during our nephew’s wedding at Green Gates at Flowing Lake. It was 10 mins from the venue and the perfect place to decompress post- wedding. We even had pizza delivered. Great property.

If I could give 0 stars I would
Unfortunately we had the worst experience at this property, the external pictures are deceiving and the property manager was not helpful at all. We arrived on a hot day and quickly noticed that the living room windows were painted shut, not allowing for any ventilation in the house. - there were no blinds to help with the temperature in the living room, which resulted in all the bedrooms being 86 degrees - there were no fans in the house, and if it wasn’t for the 2 we bought we would have had to leave on the day we checked in. - the bunk bed room has a heater that will not turn off, made that room 2x hotter Beyond the temperature, the property pictures are very deceiving and the external portion of the house was in terrible shape. - the outdoor area with the gravel has a hottub and a shed, which is not shown on the listing - a hot tub that cannot be used and one that occupies a lot of space - there was construction debris behind the house and dirt everywhere - there are two huge gaps in the fencing around that area, so we couldn’t let our dogs out. - the ladder down to the lake is being held on by a rope, completely unsafe for our elderly parents and my son and honestly all of us. - the dock has exposed nails everywhere - the patio furniture although shown here with pillows and toppers, has nothing of that, we had to sit on the hard surface all week. - there were spider webs everywhere - there were also bugs all over the house, dead bugs, which could have been cleaned out but obviously we’re not taken care of - no trash bags - I was unable to access their app, and could not find any information for the issues we were having. The property manager failed to respond in a reasonable time and never solved ANY of our issues (examples being the internet was out for 2 days and his solution was for us to open a door which was locked to restart the router leaving us with no baby monitor for our infant son, and the other a dead animal washed up on the beach and he never sent anyone to clean it up resulting in an awful smell - and these are only some of the issues we brought to him with no resolution) We ended up leaving 3 days earlier than anticipated and ruined our family vacation that we had booked months in advance. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY THE HEADACHE AND BOOK ANOTHER PROPERTY, THIS IS NOT WORTH IT.

Unbearable after 2pm. Pictures were deceptive.
No curtains /outdoor shades to block sun. No screens on west facing windows. Windows extremely difficult to open. No light in living room. We knew there was no AC, but very disappointed that No fans were provided to move air. Safety issue with ladder on dock… couldnt use it. Many exposed nailheads on dock making trip/ puncture hazards. No safe entry /exit to the lake. Constant odor of raw sewage in hallway and hall bathroom. Shower in hall bath leaked excessively onto floor. Master bath sink flooded countertop unless turned on full blast. Photos showed cushions for outdoor furniture which were not there. It was so hot and uncomfortable we had to leave and not return until after sunset. House was still unbearably hot and smelled of raw sewage. Hot tub was not listed…..owner said we could use it…. But water was disgusting, gooey, and NOT maintained. We won’t recommend this place to anyone we care about.

Family Gathering
We gathered for a memorial. Beautiful Fall stay and well appointed home. We wished the size of beds had been detailed rather than just the number of them. Tiniest of concerns: apparently one bathroom had only one roll of TP but we found more in a shed out back. Our first Vrbo stay so weren't experienced with when we would receive the address and check in instructions. If that information is in a template format we will be more familiar next time with all of the procedures. Great communication with the host!

Gorgeous view
You are right on top of the water and you can hear the waves crashing. We loved this place! The parking is a little tricky and its right off a busy road so you need to plan ahead for that. The kitchen storage is a bit funky but there's a great big island to make memories around. There is NO lighting in the living room area and no lamps so it is pretty dark - we brought a lamp from home on our second day and that helped a little but I can imagine in summer you wouldn't need one with all the windows but for fall/winter (we went in October) it was really dark in the living room by 4pm.

Beautiful and relaxing
Had a lot of fun on the water! There was a popped floaty toy tied up and caught on the dock under water when we got there, so made pictures a little funny. Otherwise it was just a little tough running across the busy street with luggage. Those cars go pretty quick.

Great location
We spent the weekend at this house and thoroughly enjoyed its location right on the lake. We brought paddle boards and floaties and just hung out on the dock all day. At night we loved sleeping to the sound of the water lapping around the house.
