Sundance is a charming Carnelian Bay home with stunning floor to ceiling windows and forest views. You'll be less than 1.5 miles from Carnelian West Beach and cute coffee shops and waterfront dining nearby. Northstar Resort, Olympic Valley, Alpine Meadows are just a 20-25 min drive away.

When you enter the living room, you'll find a cozy gas fireplace and a RokuTV to stream your favorite Netflix and Hulu specials. There is another living space on the 2nd floor with another Smart TV, foosball table, and a few board games. Get some friendly competition going on after a day on the slopes.

The kitchen is well stocked with a drip coffee pot, blender, slow cooker, electric stovetop, and more. Start off the day with a hearty homemade breakfast or grill up some burgers in the backyard on the gas BBQ. There is a dining table with seating for 6, with additional seating for 3 at the counter, and there is outdoor seating available for the warmer days.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed with a cable TV. Upstairs, there is a loft with 2 twin beds by the foosball table. There are 2 additional twin beds in a nook with a small closet, covered by a curtain. There are 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom downstairs. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with cable TV. The 3rd bedroom has a Full bed and TV.

There are 4 driveway parking spots available.

If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet. A $35/day per pet fee is applied.
