„First unit was unlocked and filthy, never cleaned from person before. Second unit had no television in one of the rooms, the ones that did have televisions we could only watch one channel because the remotes did not work and they didn’t have extras or could program the extras. The lights going downstairs were out, the bottle drawer of oven was broken…. Spiders were all over common areas webs in the windows….. numerous hair found within the bed. Started itching…. All those who stayed in unit now ...

„Overall good experience. The cabin could have been a little cleaner (refrigerator, dishes, showers). The a/c-heat didn't seem to work but it wasn't terribly cold and was able to make do with the fireplace. “

„The unit was comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed and close to shops and food. The owners were very quick to answer any questions and we had no concerns at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit. “

„GREAT experience - booking, finding the unit, all was exactly as described, hostess was WONDERFUL!! This is an excellent rental with beautiful surroundings and terrific hot tub & amenities! We will be returning and highly recommend!! Cannot think of any negatives as it was all such a great weekend & rental experience, from booking to leaving for home.“

„Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. Everything was beautiful and mostly well kept. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinets that warranted washing before using and there’s a small leak on the back porch (it rained the majority of the time we were there) but those are super nit picky things. „We had a nice time, enjoyed FCF State Park. On plus side, very comfortable place, good bed, nice wraparound porch. On the minus side, small bathrooms, outside furniture needed cleaning (maybe keep cushions inside until use?), lighting throughout not good for reading.“

„We loved the location out of town for the Lake House (although it’s a very winding road after 2 days on the road) Our Golden Doodle felt right at home with front & back doggy doors, too! The diversity of areas to sit and chat or watch tv were great. We enjoyed the fire pit on our second night. We would love to go back and stay longer to more enjoy the area. “

„Adorable, amenity-packed cabin sleeps two in a queen-sized bed located in the loft. This is accessible via an open-backed staircase with one side rail. The property is surrounded by a small wood, so one feels "away" from the world, but it's just a few hilly miles to Cumberland Mountain State Park and the tiny (population 12,000) clean little town of Crossville, TN. “

„Cabin was very nice and perfect for our family of 4. Stairs down to the lake were very challenging and steep. Had some power flickers, guessing this is because of utilities work in the area, vut wasn't sure. Power never stayed completely off, was onlh off for a couple seconds each time. Driveway is very steep and loose gravel doesn't help. Better marking at the driveway would be nice to locate the property, pretty much guessed it was it by the looks. Did eventually see the address on the post, ...

„Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food. We were running a lot for our stay, so this made it a little inconvenient. The marina restaurant was closed for the season. If you were staying at the lake and cooking, it would work better.
