„This was our favorite vacation rental by far!!! Besides the STUNNING waterfall, the condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. „We had a great short stay over the Christmas holiday. Despite less than desirable weather, we had fun in the property. It was decorated for the holiday and well equipped for all our needs. It is close to the road and in good proximity to several charming towns for shopping and dining. We enjoyed the nearby waterfall and the scenery it provided. Property manager was great at communicating with us. All in all, a great stay!“

„We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!“

„Sehr gute Unterkunft, wenn man in die Great Smokey Mountains möchte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Reihenendhaus über drei Etagen mit allem Komfort und erstklassigem WLAN. Alles war super sauber. „Super cute cottage that was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The temps were too cold for us to be outside much, but the hot tub was still enjoyable. We will be back in warmer weather to enjoy hanging out on one of the porches listening to that babbling brook! “

I only wish the check in process had been clearer, I did have to write several times to figure it out. The drive is just as others described...treacherous. I wouldn't try it without 4-wheel drive. Communication with host was great!
