The Red Roof Inn Cabin - Westridge

Relax in this tranquil mountain cabin. Perfect place to unwind or retreat to after outdoor adventures. Conveniently located between Brevard and Cashiers in the area known as the land of the waterfalls. The cabin is located inside the gated community of Westridge. The home faces the woods at the end of a street so there is plenty of privacy within the safety of a community. Walkable to restaurants. A short drive to Gorges State Park and Panthertown State Park. Both parks have great hikes to waterfalls.

Nice Spot for Relaxation
We really enjoyed this cozy little cabin. It’s small but charming (room for only 2 adults). The screened porch was lovely, walking to coffee shop and Italian restaurant was nice too. I found the mattress a bit uncomfortable, but overall we loved our time at the Red Roof Inn.

First, let me say that the owner of the property, John, was so helpful and responsive! Then, the "Red Roof Inn" was just perfect for the two of us. Every need is met in that place! Loved the screened-in porch and the kitchen and the wood burning fireplace. We really liked everything about it and can't wait to return! Thank you John!

Unique development
First time in a tiny house. House was decorated nicely and had all the amenities you can have in a house that size. Porch furniture could be updated to be more comfortable since a lot of time is spent there. Very unique community with Motor homes and homes. Traffic from 64 was very noticeable. Nice for a weekend stay.

Exceeded Expectations
Adorable, quiet cabin in a great location. Super clean and generously appointed; kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Loved spending time on the screened-in porch and being immersed in nature - felt like living in a dream treehouse. Great home base for hiking; Gorges Sate Park is a must-see! We can't wait to visit again.

Easy check in other than… there were not clear instructions for the gate code before you enter the neighborhood. There is a guest service building that helped us get a gate code made. Other than that, I recommend staying 10000%! Wonderful clean cabin, relaxing over all amazing!

First of all, the host was amazingly responsive which was fantastic! The home was super cute and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The gated community was very clean and felt safe. Lovely space. Perfect for us.
We had a wedding in the area and this place was perfect. Everything was clean and nice. The owner was communicative and helpful. It’s 5-10 minutes from so many things. We had a great hike to rainbow falls. Ate at pantherville cafe and we were 11 minutes away from the country club where the wedding was. 10/10 spot!

Loved it!
It was perfect for my boyfriend and I, plus a pup! It has a beautiful view from the porch/ living room. The neighborhood is beautiful and every one is so nice. It was very close to the Gorge State Park and a 25 minute to the Whiteside mountain trail. The cabin has everything you need, even some dog bowls. The bed was comfortable and no downsides of booking this little cabin. It is close to the main gate and you are tucked away from anyone else! Definitely a perfect place for a couple.

The property is just as described. I arrived with my dog and it was the perfect fit for us. Quick access to Gorges State Park and the lovely Panthertown Cafe. Host communicated in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back!

If you're looking for a place in a quiet area, look no further. The view of the mountains from this cabin are just breath taking. The cabin is sweet and cozy as well and just what we needed! I go to the Lake Toxaway area every year to get away from the hustle and bustle. This year I had to find a different place to stay after the one I used to stay in changed ownership and not for the better. I was very happy to have found this Red Roof Cabin, and will be going back again!

Post-Christmas Getaway
This was perfect for a couple of days respite after the hectic Christmas season. It was me, my two teenage kids and our Goldendoodle and we were cozy in the cabin making fires, reading and playing games. Interesting luxury RV park...not my ideal and for a longer stay or in summer season. I would have wanted to be more secluded and I didn't understand from the listing and pictures.

Cozy little mountain cabin
We stayed here because we had family staying in the RV resort inside the same gated neighborhood. The house was very cozy and perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean and accommodating. Really nice mountain veiws up near the mountain view clubhouse. Only negative is the wifi was not that great and we did not have very good phone reception. Wasn't that big of a deal for us as we were on vacation and didnt need internet for business. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Perfect Mountain Get-Away
Absolutely perfect in every way!! Wonderful Mountain Cabin with beautiful views on all all sides…we had a wonderful time, just minutes away from several wonderful restaurants, and lots of shopping in nearby Cashiers and Highlands, not to mention Lake Toxaway/Sapphire Valley! John was just a message away, and got back to us right away when we had a question. The place had everything we could possibly need and we enjoyed every minute ❤️🏔️❤️. Great little cabin
The location is great, in an area that's not really busy (at least during our time, last week of September). It is close to a lot of waterfalls, which was the main attraction for my trip. The cabin is neat and clean, and we really enjoyed the screened-in porch that was just about as much room as the interior. I would love to live somewhere with a porch like that. The dog was able to enjoy being "outside" without us worrying about her. Wifi is a little slow, but it was still very usable to stream tv and for my husband to check into work. Overall, would stay here again if we ever come back to the area.

Perfect getaway spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Red Roof Inn". It's probably one of the best lots in the community, as the full-length screened-in porch offers plenty of peaceful, wooded privacy and, if you enjoy cooking your own meals, the full kitchen features a gas range for the "chefs" out there who know gas is the way to go. We'll definitely be back!
