„This house is incredible. It is nicely decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. There was a space for everything. A game area, very well stocked kitchen, dining room table, very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The outside area was wonderful to sit out in during the morning and evenings. Our host was as very responsive and gracious. We have stayed in several homes and this is by far our favorite. “

„We had a large group of family/friends stay at this place for 4 nights. There were several adjustments we had to make to be comfortable but it was an overall positive stay. Although we knew there was no a/c, it was 105 degrees when we arrived and the home was around 94 degrees inside which was too much to handle, so we had to open all the windows and hang out outside until it was cool enough at night to come in. „The house is right on a cove of Lake Shasta. Beautiful views of the bridge reflecting in the water. We stayed three nights. We had a two year old with us and the listing said there was a travel crib. We couldn't find one and the owner delivered one to us that evening along with some nice bar soap. Beds were comfy and the sheets nice and soft. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool and hot tub were both used and enjoyed. BBQ too. “

„The house was good. It was fine for our family of 4. We were upset that the hall bathtub/shower was unusable due to severe dilapidation. The finish in the bath (I’m assuming it is plastic) is completely missing in places and we didn’t feel safe bathing or showering. If you have small children you know it’s horrible when they spend the day on the lake and can’t take a warm bath. „A group of friends and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend this year. Pictures were very similar to the listing, the only caveat I have is about the bunk beds. In the picture, it looks like there is more room than in real life. We were 4 adults in this room, and we were pretty crammed. I would recommend this room only for kids. Other than that, BBQ was cool, common areas were really nice and spacious, and the location is a nice getaway close to the Lake.“

„The pictures don’t do this cabin justice! The home is so comfortable and clean. It also has one of the best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a VRBO.
