„Sunset Cottage was perfect for our family’s overnight stay! I wish we could have stayed longer. The decor is adorable, the furniture is amazingly comfortable, and the location is quiet and peaceful. There were so many little additions that made this cottage perfect—a few snacks, a s’mores kit, and coffee were available for guests. We were also able to take a walk around the neighborhood and a hike in a park with a lake just a short drive away. The huge master shower is amazing! The pullout couches are a plus. „This was our third time here. It's a lovely cabin but the hot tub was not hot enough. The string lights outside were not functional. I inquired the first day and they said they would send someone to fix them the next day. They did not which was disappointing.“

„We rented this cabin with 2 other families with small children to celebrate the New Year. We had hoped to venture out and hike but the rain prevented us from being able to do that. Fortunately, we had picked this cabin due to its size and entertainment value with the game room and hot tub. The property was amazing and very well kept. All 3 families were comfortable. „We loved our stay in this cabin. It was spotless, well stocked with everything we needed. Spacious first floor area and nicely decorated. Beautiful views with the fall leaves. Wish we had more time to spend at the cabin, but we will definitely rent again. Easy drive to Morehead State. “

„The owner was so kind. We got there early and the owner helped us access it. We really appreciated it. The cabin was perfect and very clean. I recommend putting small trash cans in the bedrooms, a small table on the other side of the couch, a water filter pitcher in the fridge and some hooks on the back of the bathroom door, but overall this place could not have been any better. The fire pit was great. We cooked hot dogs and made smores. It was perfect. Everything worked exactly how it should. “

„It was a great cabin with great amenities. It was further from the activities than we realized (ziplining, underground kayaking, etc.), but we enjoyed the scenic drives. “
