„Lisa's property was perfect for a winter weekend away from the city. The river was running and beautiful to sit next to, and we used the outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace to make everything really cosy.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen completely equipped for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. “

„This is a lovely place to come to for relaxation. Perfectly situated to explore the surrounding area. It is roomy, comfortable and excellently equipped with everything you need for your stay. Being pet friendly is an added bonus. I would suggest that the checkin email be sent out a couple of days ahead of the renter’s stay, especially when people are travelling a distance to get there. „Had a lovely last minute visit with 2 friends. Beautiful moonlight over the lake, meals on the deck and swims in the lake. We canoed, paddle boarded and biked in the area - 5 kms to the recreational trail. Ceiling in the loft is probably low for most adults. Scott was very easy to communicate with“

The provincial park close by was great for hiking and the wildlife in the area made for perfect dog TV out the windows.We picked the location due to its proximity to friends that we were visiting and attending the World Juniors in Ottawa with.The house was everything we needed and more.
