At check in front desk staff was not helpful. I could not understand what she was saying or pointing to for room direction. Had a room move after second night, I was aware of the move, I asked at check in, as advised when reservation was made, if I could stay in the same room, she said I couldn’t. Upon check out to check into new room a second desk agent told me I could stay in the same room. She advised she would let housekeeping know the room was not a check out but a make/ service. I returned after be out to a room that had not been serviced and no clean towels. I called the front desk I told them what happened I was asked in a not so nice way “what do you need” at that point it was late so I just asked for towels and trash bags as ours were full. They did bring them. I also received a text upon checking in that stated if I needed anything to reply to the text, I responded with an extra blanket would be lovely— never received it. Finally, before check out I went to the lobby area to grab coffee and a sandwich only to find out they didn’t have the staff to open the little coffee area. What?! Sorry but I didn’t expect this from Wyndham or from a place that houses events with a lot of people attending. You need to do better.
