Located at the heart of the Berkshires, close to Jiminy Peak, Tanglewood, My. Greylock, MassMoCA museum, The Clark Art Institute, the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail, and all the nature and cultural attractions the Berkshires has to offer.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings, and avoid leaving out food and trash. There are a couple of super cute Highland cows next door that you may see come to the property line fence. Please do not touch or feed them.
Outdoor/Indoor Games: The house is chock full of popular outdoor games and equipment, including Volleyball, Badminton, Pickleball, Basketball, and Croquet. The indoor Game Room is equipped with a Ping-Pong Table, Shuffleboard, and Foosball.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared about your vehicle's ability to drive in the snow.
Power and Internet: It is not uncommon to lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for the loss of power or internet out of our control.
The person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must remain present for the duration of the stay.
Pool Rules: No glass is allowed in or around the pool or deck area. Please do not stand or jump on/from the railing surrounding the above-ground pool. Children must be supervised at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. Two sets of French Doors (in the Dining Room and Kitchen) lead directly out onto the pool decking area. There is no *additional* child safety fencing between the French Doors and the pool itself, so please supervise access to the pool at all times. Thank you.

"This is an extremely comfortable place with a wonderful kitchen. It's large with a main space and then an in-law apartment space with a separate entrance over the garage. We stayed in the main space, which has a slate heated floor living room (so nice), comfortable couch and good sized smart TV.
The house layout is a bit unusual, with the living room separated by the kitchen and bath by a raised hallway some steps up and some steps down and a raised loft above the living room. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one upstairs on the second. That said, it would be a very good layout for a family with kids or groups traveling because there is some decent separation between the bedrooms and living space (my kids would have loved the space). Super peaceful, pretty area, very quiet. It was snowing most of the time we were there, and it was very pretty to watch the flakes falling through the several large patio doors/windows overlooking the backyard." (January 2024)

Everyone, young and old, found a place to sleep and call their own, without worrying about noise or different sleep schedules. House had everything you could need to cook, clean, and relax. "My family, including 2 young kids, stayed here over Thanksgiving, along with my parents and adult sibling. The house layout worked well for our group, especially the in-law suite for my parents to have some space. The large yard, paved driveway and heated garage with table games were great, especially for the kids. House was very clean and stocked with basic toiletries and plenty of kitchen supplies. The host was super responsive an even listed extra kitchen items we might need for Thanksgiving, which was so appreciated. The immediate area is rural and quaint with a lot of small farms, and there are a range of attractions and activities in the surrounding region." (November 2023)

"We had a wonderful week here! The place is great, spacious and well-equipped. Great kitchen and grill for cooking. The pool was a wonderful amenity, plus basketball, ping-pong, shuffleboard and other games for extra fun! We improvised some badminton and volleyball in the huge yard, pulse there's a firepit for your s'mores fix! The inlaw suite was incredible--and useful! The wifi was flawless and there are Bose speakers throughout, including on the deck, for music. The owner was extremely responsive, pleasant and proactive...Plenty to do in the Berkshires, but don't be surprised if you don't want to leave the property!" (July 2023)
