„Very old hotel. Design from the 1960‘s. On the first night the Fire Alarm went off in the early morning. No explanation from staff. Elevator was then out of service as staff didn’t know how to reset elevator. We had to climb to 7th floor all day. Breakfast was free according to Expedia but they charged 10$ for it. Breakfast was awful . As it was laying there for hours. Uneatable eggs and French Toast was hard like a rock. Entire hotel needs to be redone and staff needs to be better trained. ...

„Nachmittags gibt es ein wechselndes Buffet - wird ständig nachgefüllt. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, auch hier wird regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Büffetbereich ist zu klein, Sitzplätze sind sehr knapp. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes waren viele Familien im Hotel, entsprechend unruhig war es am Buffet. Personal war aber sehr bemüht.“

„Sehr freundlicher, netter Empfang. Dauerte länger, da Expedia Deutschland das mit unserer Reservierung verbummelt hat. Der Herr am Empfang gab sich grosse Mühe, alles zu regeln. Und das Nachts um 10. Zimmer hatten eine schöne Grösse und waren sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, schöne Auswahl. Die "Grand Lady" war bezaubernd. Sehr zu empfehlen “

„Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Housekeeping did not come in my room at all the 3 days I was there. There was a kids soccer team there first 2 nights. They were running up and down the halls knocking on doors and making noise. Lots of lobby noice d/t them too.“

„This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites by Hilton and I think it may be our new favorite hotel! First of all, easy and free parking, check in was a breeze and the hotel smelled clean. Not in an overwhelming "bleachey" kind of way, just an overall clean smell. Our room was spacious with a firm mattress (which we love) and a spacious shower with fantastic water pressure.
