"Sehr schöne Anlage mit nur kleinen Schönheitsfehlern (z.B. einer der Hauptfahrstühle rappelt und quietscht). Personal ist sehr freundlich, Speisenauswahl gut, Zimmer war groß mit schönem Ausblick (leider etwas laut durch Liefereingang im Hintergrund). Die Gläser im Zimmer rochen etwas muffig nach Putzlappen nach der Reinigung, aber sonst machte es einen sauberen Eindruck. In der ersten Hälfte der Urlaubswoche war die Auslastung nicht so hoch, so dass man wirklich ganz entspannt am Pool oder Buffet sein konnte - in der zweiten Hälfte überschwemmten andere Gäste etwas die Einrichtung. Ab da wurde es etwas unentspannter. Aber noch alles im Rahmen bei der Größe des Hauses."

"Wunderschöne Hotelanlage, sehr sauber, sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Essen beim Büffet und vor allem das Ozeana Fischrestaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, besonders Isabel ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut deutsch. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen."

"My experience was a mixed bag. Pros: The staff is very friendly. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are nice. The compound feels safe, and there is plenty of free parking. The outdoor spaces are pleasant and well equipped with robust furniture. Cons: The living room is very dark, and the furniture looks and feels like it's straight out of goodwill, with scratches and stains everywhere. The kitchen looks like it was last updated in the 1980s and smells of mould. The plumbing is clunky. It takes forever for warm water to arrive in the primary bathroom, and it's virtually impossible to adjust the temperature. The pool closes at 5 pm, which I find is too early. Overall, I would only recommend this residence if you plan to spend most of your stay outside the compound, sightseeing, hiking, cycling, or surfing. If you are looking for a place where you hope to spend most of your day, I would look at other options."

"Wirklich originelle Empfangshalle und interessanter Style, alles in allem aber ein recht normales Hotel mit kleinen Ups and Downs. Das Team beim (wirklich sehr überfüllten) Frühstück gibt sein Bestes, viele von ihnen sind sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Auch Marta von der Rezeption war immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln ansprechbar (und hat uns einen tollen Restaurant-Tipp gegeben). "
