NO HOT WATER. NO COMMUNICATION.
When we checked in on a Sunday and there was no hot water. We had been moved from our original apartment because the original apartment was flooded. So they obviously knew they had water issues. We contacted them everyday about the hot water. On Tuesday the host said the manager would look at the hot water. No one came to look at the hot water. After Tuesday they refused to answer our calls, text messages, and VRBO messages. I contacted them everyday for an update and received no response. I informed them on Thursday that we would be leaving on Friday. No response. On Sunday I received a message that the hot water was fixed. After all this they still refused to issue any kind of a refund. Six days without hot water and to ghost us when we asked about updates.
