Modern Private Estates… if you want to make a statement, this is the place. Check-in was so easy. The house is gorgeous, modern, with such a stunning backyard and pool. What you see on the listing is exactly what you get! Location is perfect, So close to everything and everywhere you want to go in Vegas but far enough away if you just want to relax. If you want to cook, the kitchen is amazing, it has everything you need, the outdoor space is where we spent most of our time, love the feel of the indoors outside and vice versa with the panel doors If we needed anything Natasha was on it immediately, communication was a huge plus. This place is a 10 out of 10! We will definitely come back!

This was the most perfect home for a girls trip. 12 of us stayed, the pool was IMMACULATE. the sound system amazing. A gated area which was so nice to have. Only $15 Uber ride to the strip which took about 10 minutes. We would absolutely come back, the home was just so amazing and awesome to come back to every night!

Great property with pool
Check/in was easy, everything at the house was as expected and as shown in the photographs. Host was communicative and friendly. Great quiet location. Two things to consider: the pool and hot tub are lovely. It is completely worth paying the extra money to have them heated. Lastly, just be aware that the host will ask you to sign a long secondary lease agreement with an additional deposit required. We overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The house is fairly new and in mostly good condition.

Awesome Spot!
Stayed here with a large group of 12 for a golf trip. The place was super nice, even better than the photos which are great. A ton of space and awesome surround sound to play music in all of the rooms. A bit too cold in January for the pool, but the hot tub was great. Would definitely consider this place if I am back in Vegas with a large group!

The house was amazing. The pictures do no justice to how beautiful the property is inside and out. It’s in a somewhat private location with views of the strip right in front of you from the deck and back yard. The host was available when needed and quickly responded to anything that inquired about or requested. Clean, comfortable, warming, and in a perfect location from the strip (ab 10-15 mins, depending on traffic). The house met all needs and provided the necessary lodging requirements that anybody staying in Vegas would need. Cudos to the organization and design of the home. We will be back!

An Incredible Place To Do Vegas
This place was everything described and more! The house was arguably more impressive in person than in photos which often is not the case. The house was in a nice neighborhood (I went on several runs and felt very safe) with its own private gate and wall with one additional unit in the walled area. The house was filled with amenities and smart home technology. The central sound system throughout the house is super easy to connect to and was a huge hit for our stay. We tried to make use of everything the house had to offer. The view of the strip was beautiful. Overall this house is a 10/10 and I would recommend this stay to anyone without thinking twice. After an incredible stay I do have a few critiques/ things to mention for future renters: -As I mentioned earlier the house is filled with smart technology and several remotes and dozens of switches; beyond a few paragraphs in an email describing some amenities and function there is very little direction for operation of the house. I think it would be helpful for the owner to create a check-in binder for renters covering in detail all of the features of the house and how to operate them, as well as maybe labeling what every switch in the house is for. -You will have no control over some features in the house . For example the lighting in the pool and the pool waterfall are on timers and turn off around 2AM. This can put a damper on evening vibes. It would be nice to have control over lighting around the property.

Words can’t express how phenomenal this experience was. The home was beautiful (even better than the photos online) and the views of the city/strip from the back patio were second to none. Natasha was a great host and maintained excellent communication from my initial inquiry all the way throughout when the time came for us to check out. No complaints at all. Property was as offered. Beautiful and clean! Natasha was wonderful to communicate with. Few things to know - everything in this house is 1/3 bigger than any other house including the height of cabinets, doors, etc. Doors were heavy to open and close, need to have some strength to do so. Airport is nearby and flight path is overhead, much airplane noise day or night. Much technology in the home, took a day or two to learn it. House next door being constructed, so some construction traffic and noise. Aside from these things, the stay was terrific and would rent here again. Only minutes by car to the Strip, felt secure with the gated cul de sac. Beautiful decks and landscaping, pool and hot tub, yard is private and allowed for lots of time outside.

We have rented homes all over the world and this home in top 5. This home would have been 100% perfect with simple detailed instructions. I like to leave reviews to help next renters. 1) notice that GPS often takes you to wrong address (we drove around a while before calling manager and having her inform us to that fact). 2) A manual with basic instructions would be very helpful. especially with the many unique high tech (wonderful) features: TV remote, fireplace remote, full house surround sound Bluetooth system ( in first floor closet) outside heaters, pool & spa instructions, unique door closings, espresso machine . 3) how to leave property without a car for a walk. (evidently a key is required??). We had to purchase dishwasher soap & extra TP. Took quite a while to find additional towels ( since 6 of 7 bathrooms had no towels/hand towels) Not one larger bowl available for salads or mixing, we served salad in a large cooktop pot. Detailed instructions stating “ if you want pool heated the money needs to arrive 48 hours prior to check in or pool not heated when one arrives”. Communication with manager very efficient, however if above suggestions provided we would not have needed to contact one time. Thank you, we will likely return. I would GREATLY suggest you can not go wrong renting this gorgeous modern home in a PERFECT location just a short UBER ride to the strip. Thank you Natasha

Our experience and stay was fabulous. We LOVED the outdoor amenities and used the pool, hot tub and fire pit every day we were there. The views of The Strip and mountains are amazing. I was with a group of 8 all family we all was blown away with how clean and nice this house was kept, this house was perfect, very beautiful night view of the Vegas strip out back. Backyard area was very nice although the weather did really allow us to enjoy the pool the patio which is equipped with a very nice tv..environment was great any very nice fire pit..this house is very family friendly the area was really nice very peacfull...the host Natasha was very friendly an prompt with her response to anything I asked ,the check in went smooth direction to everything was on point no issues at all I will definitely stay here again I will also past this house along to any one I know visiting Vegas....
