This isn’t a typical listing, check it out! There were three of us, but it’s easy to say the space is great for a large group, even if the weather forces you inside. There are two living rooms-ish spaces separated by the kitchen. The mattresses, pillows, and linens are new and comfy. We stayed in the late fall, so we can only vouch for the heating system. The kitchen has relatively new silver, utensils, pots/pans, and appliances - all that you’d expect. It’s not super fancy, but for the price, I thought it was a great value.
Here are the differences relative to my other VRBO experiences: the rental is on and operated by KOA Campgrounds. Check in with the camp office when you arrive - it wasn’t clear in the arrival info. These are lovely folks, quick with a smile and happy to chat if they aren’t busy with check-ins or making pizzas. The WiFi is a camp-wide, low-bandwidth network with notifications about not streaming. If you like/need digital entertainment, bring your own hotspot.
Next time I’m in the area, I’ll be checking availability here. Oct 2022
