Escape to a peaceful hilltop retreat in Utah. This stunning Spanish-inspired home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen with new appliances, and unique living spaces all around. Relax in the outdoor oasis, complete with a heated saltwater pool & jacuzzi, or soak in the stunning mountain views from the secluded front courtyard. Conveniently located near Snow Basin Resort, Powder Mountain, and Valley Ski Resort, Park City/Sundance, Temple Square. Don't miss your chance to call this paradise home!

Quiet Northern Utah neighborhood stationed in front of the Adams canyon mountains.

Guests have full access to the upstairs of the property (unit 1), the front courtyard, and the lifted back deck. The downstairs is a separate airbnb (unit 2) and is not available to guests of your airbnb.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic, providing a peaceful and serene setting for your stay. To get around the area, guests can easily access major roads and highways, as well as public transportation options such as buses and trains. There are also several local car rental agencies and ride-sharing services available for those who prefer to have their own transportation. The property is conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Whether you're looking to relax in the peaceful setting or venture out and experience all that the area has to offer, you'll find everything you need within easy reach.

The basement is rented out separately. it completely separated off front the upstairs. They have separate entrances.

The salt water pool is heated but in the winter an early spring it is not very hot at all. Middle to late spring (March/April) we will heat it to about 90 degrees. The jacuzzi is year round set to 102.

There is EV charging available upon request and an extra daily fee.

Need lots of improvements.
Not impress at all, place wasn't ready nor clean upon arrival, we swept, cleaned & wiped down everything before settle in (very disappointed). Its a nice place with beautiful view but will not return.

Beautiful view in Layton, Utah
We loved our stay in Layton. We had three small children with us on our trip and they loved all the toys. It was nice to have the extra children items, such as crib, high chair, bathtub. The kids also loved the clean pool and we saw two deer two of the nights that were eating in the grass behind the property. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids.

No washer and dryer
We had a delightful experience staying at this property. The decorations were tastefully done, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout. However, I would like to note that there is no washer and dryer conveniently located on the main floor of the house. To access the laundry facilities, one must rent the entire basement. Unfortunately, the owner was not willing to accommodate a quick wash even if the basement was unoccupied. This came as a disappointment as I had packed lightly, expecting to have access to laundry facilities. Had we known beforehand that there was no washer and dryer available, we would have chosen a different property.

Very very impressed. I think we've found our new home base for Utah trips!
I'm originally from the area (Ogden) but we live on the east coast. We typically travel to Utah annually to see friends and family. Our family consists of four kids (two of which are autistic) and two parents. This home seems perfectly designed for a family like ours. Being in Layton, it's pretty centrally located for our family throughout the Wasatch front (at least Davis and Weber counties, anyway) and it's really conveniently located to food and other options. We had the place to ourselves, and a mini family reunion. The property was perfect, and we felt like the pool and hot tub were well taken care of. The hosts were amazingly responsive, and incredibly helpful in sorting out any problem we had. The property was clearly well loved by the owners, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. We anticipate using this home for our homebase for any trips we make to Utah. It would be great for a family, or a group of people making a ski trip, or other gathering. The backyard view is TO DIE FOR. It's like you're all by yourself in the middle of the wilderness, but if you go out to the street in the front you're instantly back in civilization. This was our most relaxing vacation to date. To say we were impressed would be a large understatement.

Comfortable and stylish getaway!
My sister, some girlfriends, and I recently stayed at this vacation rental property and we had an amazing time. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The cozy and comfortable ambiance of the space made it so easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The decor of the property was one of our favorite things about it. The attention to detail in every room was impressive, and we loved the unique and stylish touches throughout the space. It felt like a real vacation to stay in such a beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated home. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property exceeded our expectations in every way and we can't wait to come back again. We highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway.

Great location for a ski trip!
We really enjoyed our stay and this property. We were here for a ski trip with some friends and it was the perfect spot, especially the hot tub. Im sure in the summer its even more magical with the pool and the views. We would for sure stay here again!!!

Highly recommend!
We felt like we were visiting a friend who took special care of us. The home is very unique, great location, and felt inviting. Loved the artwork, decor, furniture, and the fact that they had everything we needed (even with an infant). The hot tub was amazing and we’d come back when it gets warmer just to enjoy the pool and home again. Vrbo is lucky to have this home as a new addition.
