„Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. “

„Poor reception in the property. We arrived at about 10 pm. No reception open. Eventually found an envelope taped to the wall with our room key in it and confusing instructions as to how to find room. On the day we left a couple had been waiting 8 hours to check in. Staff in general vsried fro rude to intolerant. The exception being the delightful ladies providing breakfast. The barman avoided any work at all and showed his real displeasure if you asked anything of him.. On the plus side great ...

„Brilliantly located hotel with easy access to the lifts and also the forum area of Flaine, lots of local bars and restaurants to enjoy too, The Hotel is clean and spacious a with a large equipment room with boot dryer. The restaurant offers a good selection and changes daily, We very much enjoyed our stay truly a 5* 3*hotel! “
